On 12/14/24, i received an alert that the driver conducted an attempted visit to my address. The driver did not ring my doorbell and/or knock on my door. I have checked and the apartment number is correct on my order and my phone is provided. I have been sitting home all day waiting for this package to arrive. I have been on hold with Uniuni for about an hour. I really need my package today because I am scheduled to leave on Sunday night 12/15 for the holidays. Uniuni is the worse.Business Response

On December 5, 2024 I ordered from a jewelry company. That company used YunExpress to ship my order. YunExpress outsourced to uniuni. On December 13, 2024 I received an uniuni package left at my door. However, the package left at my door did not have my name or address on it. It was addressed to an address in a completely different city. Also, on December 13, 2024 I received an email confirmation from uniuni express admin with the confirmation of delivery (this email is included as an attachment to this complaint). The email even included pictures of the delivery (also attached to this complaint). The pictures included show my address, but if you zoom in on the picture of the package left at my home, it is not addressed to me. The wrong package was left at my house and I have proof from uniuni that this happened. In the wake up my frustration, I found a ******** group in my area dedicated to those who have had a package delivery issue. There are SEVERAL people in my area having wrong packages left at their doors my uniuni delivery drivers. One person received a stack of 8 packages all addressed to 8 different people and 8 different addresses all left at their door. None of them had the address of where they were left on them. I have no idea who these deliver drivers are, but they are NOT doing their jobs! They are just leaving packages places. I have no idea where my package was left. I have contact the company I purchased from, but I am not confident I will get my package in time for Christmas, which is frustrating. All because someone did do their job!!!Business Response

The shipping company was supposed to deliver a package to me on 12/11/24. They claimed they attempted delivery but failed. My address is 100% correct. I received other packages that day from other carriers so I cant imagine how they failed to deliver it. They promised to attempt the delivery again within ***** hours but never attempted again. The tracking information hasnt updated. Ive tried to send in 3 different service requests with no reply. I have tried calling 3 different times, but their phone number loops back over and over again to choosing what company I ordered from - back to the beginning of the options. It never moves forward to allow me to speak to anyone. They dont have a physical location that I am able to pick up my package from. On December 11, 2024, a delivery driver tasked with delivering my package on behalf of UniUni (or UniExpress) fraudulently reported my package as "delivered" when in reality they not only failed to deliver it, they didn't even attempt to. The proof of delivery images were inadequate and neglected to show where they placed my package-- they simply took close up photos of the package and then photos of the sign of my apartment building. I received confirmation from my apartment staff that no company other than ****** made any deliveries that day.I have called the number from the confirmation email, as well as a different number I found through their website, and no one answers the phone, even after 25 minutes of ringing. I have submitted two support tickets in 48 hours and received no response past an automated acknowledgment. According to this reddit thread (************************************************************************************************************************) this has happened quite often to others expecting packages delivered by UniUni: failed deliveries reported as complete and no accountability on behalf of the company. I am curious what their actual success rate is if there is no reliable way for customers to reach them for help or trust the drivers.The store ("Commense") that I made my purchase from requires UniUni to acknowledge they failed to deliver my items through a "missing parcel document" before they will process a refund, so they are delaying a resolution-- I essentially have been robbed by this carrier and stifled from obtaining a refund. If they cannot produce my package with the items I paid for, they need to respond and acknowledge that the package is missing and undelivered.Business Response

Order items from Prose. Pack was in transit with DHL eCommerce # **************** and was transferred over to UNIUNI for final delivery. My package says out for delivery and has been in that status for 3 days now. I tried contacting UNIUNI via their webchat and I get an error. I try to enter a information in their Customer Support Form and I get an error "Failed to create ticket. Please try again". I get this error no matter how many times I try. I try calling their support line but it goes in circles. Press 1 for English, for packages regarding Temu or ***** press 1, all other orders press 2. Then it goes onto about how their options have changes and to select from the following options. Press 1 for English. For packages regarding Temu or ***** Press 1, all other orders press 2. And this is the loop it is stuck in. I am unable to get ahold of anyone regarding my package and I'm more than furious.Business Response

UniUni is a scam delivery service. I have a package that they claimed to have attempted delivery, except no one showed up. Trying to go through their website to talk to a chat bot or submit a ticket is ALWAYS met with a "technical issue" so it is impossible to actually file any kind of ticket or get into contact with anyone. Currently 10 minutes into a 50 minute wait for a support call. This has happened TWICE just THIS WEEK. Clearly a scam and likely stealing packages outright along with the money from paying for delivery.Business Response

Ordered some electronics parts and ******* was the shipping company utilized. Order was out for deliver on 11/29/2024 and on 12/4/2024 updated to failed delivery - reattempt later when no delivery attempt was ever made. I called the customer support line which never answered after over an hour wait, multiple times. I then submit a ticket on their website on december 4th, and a second one on december 5th and neither have been responded to as of december 13th. ******* never attempted delivery and will not update me with how to obtain my package.Business Response
