    This business delivered my package to an unknown address, no where near my home. Picture was included of this unknown location without an address. I called them to ask that my package be delivered to my address which is listed on the package. They refused, then hung up. I called back again and they still refused and hung up again. Worst business I've ever had to deal with. I personally think the drivers are stealing the packages for themselves. Now the items had to be reordered and will take weeks to arrive.

    I had a parcel coming from **** that was supposed to be delivered on 5th February , but unfortunately that delivery was not done on that day. I called in the next day to check the status and one of your agents confirmed that they will get it set for next day and they will follow up with the driver . They took my details again , about contact and home address. I have been constantly calling straight ship for a week to get an update , but it's highly sad that you people have no professional behavior towards your customer and have just one answer, we will follow up with the driver . Again today when i called the gentlemen did recognize that i had called previously and told me i will be contacted in 2 hours for an update from straightship . Whenever I went ahead and asked if I could speak to someone higher up , or expressed my frustration , i was never apologized rather shown attitude by one of your representatives ******* i believe . He not only misbehaved through words but also disconnected to call on a customer's face . I am not sure what exactly could be done further , but I will definitely go ahead and would like to file a complaint about not giving any firm answers and fooling around a customer . It's a mental harassment that I have to call for updates everyday and none of your representatives were able to get me an update . I went ahead and read their reviews online , there are hundreds of people that they are scamming with . Please do something about the issue . Thank you, ***************************

    All of the employees never let u talk to an manger and they all just hang up they said that our product has been delivered but it was never..

    I have added ********* ** was someone who called me. And said i had a delievery but sunday my *** mail box was closed. Mr ** ask to leave it in the front door which is a business and walk way so i said NO.. He said my package was sent back to the office so i asked where is the office he said it was in richmond, and the name of the company is ************. So i waited until tuesday which is yesterday to ask where my package is and there was nothing in my mail box. I called mr ** back and he said its there at ************. I called and complained to mili and realzied they dont open there business on sundays and they only do local delieveries. When i looked at my **** all i get was straightship tracking numbers. I called striaghtship buy they never wanted to help and all they do is hang up . You can also go in to ******s and read their reviews, all 1 stars and have the same issues as me. I talked to 4 to 5 different people and all i get is hang up. They took a picture of the package of my items but really its in their office or truck nothing looks like my house or anything near my mailbox. I called in one last time to straightship and i ask the man named *******. May i speak to your manager, team leader or anyone above. He said no no one just them. But prior to my other phone calls it was the same no manger. I ask ******* please give me your address to your company ill drive there to speak to a manger, he said he dont know the address and he studdered and hung up. The phone number and time stamp ending with **** is straightship and ********* ** is the driver that told me he works for ************... and the number ending in **** is the mili company and manger who i spoke with and clarify that they dont work sundays and no one with the name bingzheng works here. So our guess is because straightship is the competitor with ************ so they blames it on mili who wrongfully doing delieveries. I also included a picture of **** which they finally delievered my package but i have to check. And you can see on the very top there is a straightship tracking number... all of my packages from **** is all from straightship.. there is a few times that said it was delievered but realistically its not there. They provide for us an service that we have to blame **** for it and ruin ****'s reputations like i will NOT  be buying things from **** again due to this situations and many ****** review have said this too.. and now they blame their wrong doings to ************ which is totally unfair. You must call straightship and try to see if my words are correct.i was not rude or saying things inappropriate, all i want is to know where my package is so i can go pick it up even if i have to go to richmond. Thanks for hearing me out and look at my case. I really appreciated.

    This is about StraightShip a third party shipping company. They have been and I have evidence to support dumping ***********, ******* deliveries on behalf of **** at random addresses and driveways. They do not respond to phone calls and emails to address the issues. On January 14, **** they claimed they made a delivery to my home. The photograph provided was not only not my home it was not a home within 2 blocks. Subsequently I was alerted that there were several community groups on ******** from my neighbourhood with dozens of people posting complaints about missing StraightShip deliveries. All had photographs of homes not theirs. Some had the same photograph. Then several posts were made and comments left about non **** customers having large package dumps in their driveways of 5 and 6 parcels. It was obvious no attempts were actually being made to deliver the parcels. All the customers were left with no parcels , out money and no response from StraightShip. My package never arrived along with the other victims. The very next day posit were showing up in South *********** ******** of the exact same issues with StraightShip. All involved complained with no response from StraightShip. We all also complained to the Vendor ****.Today I had another parcel due from StraightShip (origin ****) and the same thing happened a delivery photograph that was not my house. No response from StraightShip.

    I order from **** online , they have great customer service and I am able to contact them with any issues . Recently they seemed to have switched carriers for delivery , the last 2 orders from **** were to be delivered , did not arrive and I actually received someone else's package last Wednesday, not my name or adress . When you call straightship directly, the answering machine says someone will contact you back within 24 hours , no one does .I've spoken to **** a customer service representative there when I have been able to get through ( she says someone will get back to me ) , no one does . I've sent an email , no reply .I am missing 2 packages . Straightship is horrible service

    I just called support line and the agent was very rudejust told me well the package is still in transit so just keep waitingand would not let me speak to a supervisor. and even told me id ****** wasting my time, then hung up on methis is completelyunacceptableit is also 2 days in a row I have receivedfailed delivery attempts in mytracking infoyour courier did not even attempt to deliver. ** **** **** **** *** *** *** **** * **** **** ** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ** ****** **** ** ** *** ****** *** ******* ** *******. this is absolutelyridiculous. I would like an explanation. and I want my package delivered.All your driver has to do is come up to the 8th floor knock on the door and someone will come to the door. its pretty simpletracking number**************

    My order was marked DELIVERED on December 18th. Cameras around my home show that a delivery attempt was not even made. I am awaiting PROOF OF DELIVERY from this scam company before I file a chargeback for my UNDELIVERED GOODS that were supposed to be Christmas presents. Customer representative is HORRIBLE, gives attitude and SIGHS when I call to try to track my package. In my 30 years of living, this is the worst company I have EVER DEALT WITH. Do your job!

    Ordered 4 Xmas presents from Temu Straightship said they were delivered. You can see it in the uploaded screenshot They were not. Security cameras were checked. I tried contacting them 12 times no answer. A ton of different phone numbers and nowhere to leave a message. Reorganised are all similar to mine. I do not think this company is real. Can you pls investigate as a lot of people are losing all items Thanku *******

    I am not sure of this business' legitimacy but their contact number doesn't work, their customer service lie and hang up on purpose when you ask them to call just in case the line cuts off. They claim they deliver or attempt to deliver when they clearly did not and when you confront them, they just run a way.

    I have purchase articles from temu .my package was never delivered. Cant get hold of the company for explanation.
