    This company consistently fails to deliver packages in a timely manner. Theyll leave them at customs after they been cleared for about a week they consistently failed to redirect regarding the correct place to deliver to. They are useless.

    I ordered a package from ****. On 12th october 2023 via strightship. They said they have delivered my package on 21st october 2023 but i didn't received it. They didn't provided any proof of the delivery. **** is saying to ask the delivery partner but they are not answering. I just want my package to be delivered.     Its been over one week since I placed an order with ****. They decided to ship it with a company called Straightship. Unfortunately, for over 5 days, there has been no tracking updates and this company never picks up their calls either when I was inquiring about the status of my package. I am absolutely devastated. The tracking number is **************
