As of January 15 , 2024 BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning the following issues:



Delivery Issues:

Consumers complained that they did not receive their order.

Consumers complained that their package was lost.

Consumers complained that their package was delivered to the wrong address.



Customer Service Issues:

Consumer complained that their attempts of contact aren’t being answered/returned.

Consumer complained that the customer service agents are not helpful.



Service Issues:

We offered Straightship the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response.

On January 17, 2024, Straightship came to the attention of BBB. At that time BBB received several inquiries on our scam report orders not received within the estimated delivery time or that they were being delivered to wrong addresses.  Other consumers allege the company did not respond to phone calls requesting for assistance on delivery issues and refund issues. BBB reached out to the company to confirm details about their location and return policy.  
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business (model or practice).

BBB also contacted the business regarding its testimonials on their website. BBB asked if they received permission to post them.  The advertiser did not respond to BBB's request to ensure the testimonials and endorsement represent the current opinion of the endorser.
