    This company sucks! I have been waiting for a package that was to be delivered a week ago. I have called numerous days in a row to complain. Today while calling I was hung up on 4 times in a row while trying to get ahold of someone about my package. This company is horrible to try to deal with to get your packages from, stay far away

    First package got left on front steps, against delivery instructions that it be left at back door, and got stolen.Second package is received from customs according to their tracking, but the date that shows is the day after tomorrow? Tried phoning, got hung up on 3 times before I talked to someone. "I'll ask them to update the time" I have now asked Temu not to ship with Straightship again.

    ***** to deliver packages and simply contents itself on sending it back to the sender. The customer service fails to be helpful, promising i will receive my shipments, but i haven't and i won't.

    I live in ************, *******, they send my parcels to the ******************* 40 minutes away then to *******************, ** 8 hours away.I don't mind it a little late but not punted across two provinces !. What a waste of time, money, fuel and unnecessary over handling exposing it to risk and damage...incompetent.Also if your parcel is opened and missing items or not delivered you can pursue litigation under Canadian law, and under certain conditions the seller as well.

    Straightship was supposed to drop a parcel at my door. I complained to them, they got angry and when the package was finally delivered ist was just tossed in the driveway to get run over by a car.

    Two weeks no package .. called everyday as to why it's being held in ****** with no explanation as to why a 45 min drive can't happen and been told **** don't know why this is happening I missed work to be home when it said it as out for delivery 6 days ago

    Absolute c*** business that lies about delivery attempts and zero customer service. I will now refuse to purchase from any company that uses Straightship for delivery

    Straitship deserves a NO ? review however you need to give a ? to leave a review. I tried e-mailingwith my information & received no response after countkesd attempts in calling. When I was finally able to reach a CSR i explained I was waiting on a parcel that was actually ordered in mid November for Christnas and received Canada Post Tracking information originally. Just before they went on on strike somehow my trackimg information had become Straitship Tracking. When I tracked with Straitship it said my parcel was received in their *********** location and is marked "DELAYED" & still is since November 20, 2024. *** said it's in transit on December 3, 2024 verified my address etc and said I would have it within 72hrs and not to worry it would be here long begore Christmas. 72 hours came and went. . On December 10, 2024 I again called after multiple attempts I re explained the situation and was told their information said it's in transit. It's now December 20th 2024, Tracking via ******************* Tracking still say the same ~ Received in ******** and shipment is delayed. *** clearly Straitship **** are paid liars and they know not what they say ! They'll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to shut you up. I'm confused more on how Cabafa Podt Tracking can all of a sudden turn into a Straitship Tracking #. It's all been a headache. Now I've got to come up with a way to get more $ to replace my my nieces and nephews Christmas gifts I've already paid for and have been waiting on for weeks.Clearly they have no intentions of getting my parcel to me. I'll make it clear to whomever i order from again to NEVER srnd my itens via STRAITSHIP ever again. Had the itens not changed Tracking (unclear how and boggled as to how When they were already in transit via Canada Post) I know I would have my gifts seeing as the strike ended ! I'm not a happy camper.

    Straightship should be forced out of business. Two times now my packages were found on the side of the road over 3kms from where I live.

    They said they delivered my package. Provided a fake proof of delivery photo. Not my house. Broad daylight in phots though they said it was delivered well after dark. No sign of any snow in the photo though it had been snowing here for 2 days. Tried to call them and was on hold for half an hour then the call was disconnected before I ever spoke to anyone. People in this area are finding these packages opened and dumped in ditches with some items missing. This company's drivers are clearly stealing them and enough of them that they can be picky about which items they discard and which they keep. A local ******** group about this issue was started less than a month ago and has over 1300 members already.
