A package was meant to be delivered through Straightship. I had a call from the delivery driver that he didnt know the address. I gave him the delivery address and he had issues understanding and asked that I would text it to him. So I did. He then told me that he wont be delivering it because its too far for him to drive and then ignore my further texts seeing if I could pick up from somewhere.Initial Complaint

Straightship: Random subcontracted delivery service in affiliation with *******com.Summary: Does not pickup customer service line; email to customer support invalid **************************************************. Package being delivered to place of business that does not operate after 4pm or weekend. Straightship is trying to deliver the package between 7pm-9pm as well as weekends. Tried to email and call Straightship but no answer by phone and email is invalid it bounces back that DNS does not exist.Additional information: ****** reviews are not 90% not good.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to this shipping company multiple times for an update on a package and was refused one. The package was originally delivered to the ***********, ******* warehouse which was great as I live 15 minutes from there. It was then taken to *******, ************* and I was not told why, nor will they give me any kind of update. I keep being told We will get it to you as soon as we can. I was lied to multiple times about where the package was and why it wasnt being delivered. There is no way to escalate the call either. Example: Speak to a supervisor/manager. Upon looking at the hundreds of reviews from other customers I am apparently not the first ****** who has experienced this. They are known to take packages and keep them for themselves. That behaviour is disgusting and they should not be allowed to get away with it.Initial Complaint

My order was shipped through Straightship but not delivered. They stopped at my house with one of the parcels but insisted they did not have the second parcel. Later that evening my order was updated to delivered with a picture of someone else's house. With some digging I was able to locate the other house and headed there to pick up my parcel. Upon arrival and speaking with the home owner they informed me that unfortunately they did NOT have my parcel. My parcel is still with the driver and still has not been delivered. When I spoke with Straightship, he said he informed the driver to deliver the parcel, yet past info I have recieved from their **** told me they do not have a way to contact the driver. Absolute worst shipping company. Several times they have not delivered package when it was suppose to be here and when a package arrives there is items missing our of it and the package is beat right to death.Customer Answer

Straightship has been deliberately withholding my packages from me for a week now. They are doing so after I phoned regarding a previous package and could not hear the service *** on the phone. I ***eated many times I could not hear, she refused to speak audibly and had a gaslighting attitude. I then sent Straightship an email about the importance of being able to hear people on the phone and not gaslighting customers. When I called about another package that's been saying "Out for delivery" since November 26th they gave no real advice, said they'd email me when it goes out for delivery (it says on **** it's been out for delivery since November 26th. Other items sent via Apple Express around the same time have already arrived.) I am certain they are withholding at least 3 of my packages of Christmas gifts. I have already paid for these items. A business has no right to withhold paid for items like this. It's theft. They need to be shut down if they are treating people and their packages like this, especially when I was NOT in the wrong to complain that I could barely hear the one *** on the phone who ***eatedly refused to speak audibly and who also treated me with a gaslighting attitude, telling me I was yelling. I wasn't yelling; I couldn't hear. I did tell her off at the end of our conversation because of the gaslighting and her refusal to speak audibly. Again, this does NOT give ANYBODY the right to deliberately withhold or steal someone else's packages when it's their job to deliver them!Initial Complaint

Straightship courier is not delivering my package (STRTD850218880). They keep making excuses even though I gave them all my information including my address, phone number and even a ****** Map Pin Drop for directions of my homes location. I've even requested the driver to call me if he's having a problem finding my address. They keep sending notices stating there's an issue with my address. They've lied about attempting to deliver twice. I was home during the said attempts. I even have security cameras on the property which have been reviewed and evidenced that there was no one who tried to deliver a package.Initial Complaint

Due to the postal strike Straightship received a package addressed to my home. I have my deliveries come by *********** because the previous courier companies will not deliver where I live as it is 3.5 km up a 4x4 road to the top of a mountain and they never contact me back when Itry to contact them. I reached out to the company right away on Thursday Nov 21 by email requesting my package be delivered to an alternet address that would be easier for the driver and requested a reply. I have not heard back i then reached out by phone on Friday Nov 22 to give them an address they could deliver the package to. I was told that someone would contact me to update the delivery address, I did not receive a call back. Sunday November 24 I emailed the company again requesting the package be delivered to the alternate address and for a reply. After still no response I phoned them again on Monday November 25 I told the person that they would not deliver the package to my home and I would Like it delivered to the alternate address. I was told they would contact the depot to update the address.. I have checked the tracking it said it was being delivered before 9pm November 23 but then said they were unable to deliver and to email them. November 24 it says it would be delivered by 9pm then say it was undeliverable to email them to make alternate arrangements. Then it says Nov 25 package out for delivery will be delivered by 9pm then that there was no safe place to leave it and to email to makearrangements. This is exactly the same thing that I get any time my packages end up in the hands of intelcom which changed its name to dragonfly. They say the packages are out for delivery then say undeliverable everyday even though they could deliver. This is obviously 1 company intelcom, ********* and now straightship. Well i and a lot of my friends and neighbors are having alot of truble with straightship *************** as this time they delivered my christmas gifts for my kids to the wrong address and now my refund for the items wont be hear in time to buy my kids new gifts befor christmas so now my children get no gifts on christmas morning thats not ok and i know that the drivers know where i live as its the same few drivers that deliver hear in this area and they have delivered to me hear at this address manytimes soand the driver have the problem that they like to throw our packages so i would like to know what will be done about thisInitial Complaint

On Nov ******* at 3:26pm the company did a delivery at my address and they hit my car and left the scene leaving a damaged vehicle, no one is getting back to me and I'm left to pay for the damaged vehicle, no contact information is being provided by the company for me to talk to someone and take accountability for the damages they have caused.
