I ordered a parcel from TEMU spending $117. Straightship would not deliver it my address as I have a PO Box and a physical house address. I tried contacting by email and phone several times. Tracking showed that my parcel was in Prince ****** ** (I live 1.5 hrs away). I drove to PG on October 23 as TEMU said to pick up from drop location. They said I was not allowed to pick it up, all locations are closed. They let me change my address to my sister's who lives in **. They then said that the tracking was wrong, my parcel was not in PG and that it would take 3 to 5 days. I keep calling for updates and emailing and they send me straight to voicemail usually and have not once responded to my emails. I have sent 7 emails and left countless messages. They have only talked to me 3 times. As this problem is rampant with them with TEMU orders I suspect that they know TEMU easily refunds undelivered orders and the delivery person then gets to keep the parcel. An online search shows that undelivered parcels are numerous with this company. I am quite upset with how they have treated me and I had Halloween supplies and a birthday gift in that order and waited weeks for it to be delivered, I ordered early to ensure delivery before both events. I believe that once you reach out to ask about your parcel they then make a choice to not deliver it as per the experiences of numerous others.I can email all emails I have sent to them and a copy of my Temu order when I have a file number.Initial Complaint

They insisted they delivered the package On October 26th at 12pm but no phone call like the last time I went out at 12:25pm to look for package but was no where the building . It is now October 31st and still no package.Initial Complaint

I received an email that my parcel was delivered. The delivery notification showed a picture of another house in my community. Upon contacting the homeowner they stated the picture was from a previous delivery made to their house and NO new parcel had been delivered there in the last 72 hours. Ordered product from Temu package was supposed to arrive no later than may 22nd 24 got a message saying there was a problem my package would be delayed I contacted straighship they couldnt find package I contacted Temu and they replaced order with a credit so second order was sent out out and if first order was to arrive I could keep it for free then I got a notice from straight ship that the first order was found and out for delivery along with second order the next message i received was that delivery was attempted no one home couldnt deliver I contacted straight ship and said this was not the case because I work from home and I am here all day that they need to call me upon arrival to get inside the building that there are no buzzers. I have contacted straightship ************** to find out where and when my packages are going to be delivered they keep giving me run around answers like hasnt cleared customs yet ect I then ask why Im getting emails saying it cleared customs out for delivery delivery attempted ect asked to speak to a manager or supervisor they say one not available and continuously hang up on me and say go to Temu for a refund.Customer Answer

I received notification yesterday April 30, 2024 at 10:52 am my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 9 pm and my package was never delivered . When I called Straightshio today May 1,2024 now they are saying my package is not arriving for 4-5 days . I ordered a package from temu and the shipping company straightship did not deliver the packages 2x in a row. I had called and was immediately hung up on. Hi there! I ordered a package from ****, never had an issue with anything before yesterday April 21/2024! Apparently **** has a new carrier STRAIGHTSHIP! Well they delivered my package to someone elses house, the same address but in a different community!! I was so sick to my stomach over this as I went outside to get my package I was patiently waiting for witch their updates are also horrible and my package not there!!! **** was wonderful but all they could do was refund or resend my package again! Obviously I choose the refund because I didnt want it to happen again as I dont trust the carrier now! Also a neighbour on my street had their package delivered to another community but same address, she was lucky enough the home owner tracked her down to give her her package as I was not, I found their house and they pretended they werent home but I could hear them telling the dogs to shut up after I rang the doorbell! ********* ******!! They now have my 11 wonderful items I ordered for free! ?? So sad all because the delivery driver CANT READ A LABLE or even better KNOW WHAT COMMUNITY YOURE WORKING IN! People are receiving packages that arent theirs! Sadly there is more ***************** ****** in the world than there are honest! So basically this company STRAIGHTSHIP needs to get their s*** together such g************** service!! DO YOUR JOB!!Initial Complaint

My parcel is weeks overdue. I have contacted this customer service serveral times and I keep being told I will be updated once tracking is updated. My tracking has been stationary since March 25th. My parcel is in *********, 30 minutes from me and has been for weeks. This is the decor for a charity event and we are out of time to reorder. Straightship delivered a package to my neighbour across the street at 9:50 pm on December 30, 2023 and then the delivery truck backed into my parked car damaging the driver door. My neighbour witnessed the truck backing into my car and driving off (hit and run). When I tried to contact Straightship I got nowhere and then a reply from a company called ******** and told that they would not communicate with me without a police report (not required as just under $2000). I reported it to the police and then Straightship and ******** would not communicate with me as it is now a police matter. My insurance company requires the name of their insurance company and policy number in order to waive my deductible of $500 which Straightship and ******** refuse to provide. Unacceptable!
