1 starFirst the corporate billing office is horrible to deal with nothing but rude people they don't care about anything you have to say they want money. But yet they say we signed a contract and they have yet to still email us the contract we supposedly signed. I have asked for a manager or higher up personal to call me back they say they will but then they don't I have sent multiple emails text messages as am done talking with the customer agents as they hang up on you and are rude. Also we were told we can cancel anytime with no penalties that's not the case we also told them we do t want them to come out and they still did and ended up placing my dad into the hospital we told them why and they still can out. The other reason they said they can't spray out side but yet we are still to pay full price they have a lot of clouded and inaccurate information left out. They need to have better sourced communication and managers on duty that are willing to talk with customer service when they agents are being unreasonable and there hands are tied as they say. and all they want is you to pay up and keep paying, after we told them to cancel! Never ever will use them again and we definitely have left our entire block friends and family know as well. Do not use them they cheat you and lie and customer service is horrible! 1 starThey go door to door and take advantage of the elderly. The contract that was supposedly signed by my elderly mother does not even look like her signature. She believed the salesman was only going to charge her one time for one spraying. Instead she was charged multiple times. In order to cancel, they required a cancelation fee. Please beware! 1 starHorrible experience in predatory practices. I agree with all the reviews here against this company. Do not sign up no matter what the sales people tell you. And the cancellation fee they try to from me is $200. I send them emails and proves that I'm moving and they still want that cancellation fee. So my lawyer it will take from here on. 1 starI just quit my service for EcoShiel Pest Solutions - ****** North. They charge me $150 to quit my service. When I signed up for the sevice the person I talked to that came my front door did not tell me that there wa as fee associated with quitting the service. The guy that signed me up kept tell to push buttons on his phone to start the service. ****** learned. He told me that I could quit any time. When I did call to quit my service the guy kept on giving the run around about quitting the service. I had to tell him at lest 5 or 6 times that I wanted to qit the service.Beware of the buttons your pushing.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starSame story as all the rest. I was signing up for a service the salesman said was $180/year and the contract actually said per quarter. Guess I didnt read that. After I heard Denver 7 news report I called them and the run around started. Cancelled and got the $150 stupid tax for trusting what people say. 1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...COMPLETE SCAM. They first lock you in to a "discounted rate" which keeps recurring until you cancel only when you try to cancel they then tell you, you have to pay them an additional $150 to cancel your account and when you do they don't send you a confirmation email then you have to repeat the process and they tell you that you have to pay More money to cancel. Don't ever pay these guys they are absolute crooks!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starHorrible experience in predatory practices. A sales person called me (asked my renter for my number) while standing at my front door, and said that they had just serviced my neighbors homes and looked around the property several black widow webs, wasp nests, and ant hills. They said they could perform a treatment if I signed a contract RIGHT NOW and that I could cancel anytime. No mention while on the phone several times of a coupon being added or the cancellation fee. He RUSHED me thru the process so he could be deform the treatment right then and there. I did my follow-up visit and noticed several webs that were never removed and were definitely more than a few weeks old, a huge wasps nest that was never removed and a few huge active ants nests/mounds AFTER two visits. I called and they sent someone out to do a follow up treatment. I watched what he did, and it was so pathetic that I practically had to hold his hand while I asked him to remove the nests/webs and watch him spray inside and out. I paid for those first two services, and then chose to cancel my subscription because it was so pathetic and it nothing had changed or actually been done by this company for getting rid of pests. Now they are claiming I owe a cancellation fee and are trying to take me to collections (all bills were paid in full but they are trying to get me to pay a cancellation fee now).Ive left reviews on ****** and on ******** and Im now filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

1 starHad a very bad experience with this company. A door to door salesperson rang my door bell selling pest solutions. I was having an ant problem at the time that was the only reason for taking the time to listen to the salesperson. He described a solution to the problem that sounded good but was very pricey. Said they were doing a special and provided a discount that was acceptable for a two application program. An initial application and a follow up application to deal with any "eggs" that were in the ground and not taken care of by initial application. There was absolutely NO discussion that this would be a two year contract and I was provided nothing in writing at the time.After the initial application, I paid for the service call with my **** Credit Card. Sighed for the payment on his electronic note pad. They contacted me later for the second follow-up application and I agreed to it. After it was done I asked how was I going to pay for it. The technician said they would use my credit card information they had on file. News to me, never authorized them to retain my credit card information. Anyway, the bill was paid on the card. That's when I became concerned. When I indicated I wouldn't be doing any addition applications I was informed that I had a contract in place for quarterly application for two years. News to me again. I called the customer service line I said I didn't want further service and wanted to cancel the contract I didn't know I had. They told me I was have to pay a cancellation charge of $150. I unloaded on the customer service rep and told them that their sales complain was both predatory (I'm 75 yrs old) and deceptive. I received two email bills for the $150 cancellation charge and and written bill yesterday. I will pay the bill under protest to avoid a blemish on my spotless credit history. 1 starThis is totally a scam and it looks like they're operating around the country. I agree with everything said in the previous reviews. Highly aggressive but convincing salesman and I fell for it. I can't believe I fell for it! I just canceled and paid the $150 charge, which is ridiculous, but I want to be rid of this company. Don't sign up for the service with them!Ecoshield Pest Solutions
