      Extremely shady. Was lied to and told I was getting a massive discount because they have extra product on the truck and just happen to be in the neighborhood. Then was pushed to complete the first service at 9pm that day, which I later learned is a tactic to skirt laws that require business to let you out of a contract within a few days of signing ("cooling off period") if no service has been rendered. I was then overcharged and had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they refused to process the refund. And now I can't even get them to respond to my emails or return my phone calls (the phone number for the local office is rerouted to an offshore phone bank, who just say over and over again that they will "look into it" and do nothing). This company should be shut down immediately!

      Salesmen came to my house and indicated that the Property Manager sent them, asked to enter my garage. When I refused they went to my neighbors and did the same. I confirmed with the property manager that their services were not requested. They refused to leave the property and continued knocking door to door. I reported them to the police. Absolutely unprofessional.

      do not hire these people.there is a cancellation fee of 150 dollars.I will be contacting my bank to dispute this ridiculous charge.

      This company is a scam, do not use them. The sales agent came to my house in the evening hours and explained to me about the service. I asked that I just want to do one time no annual contact. The guy said yes that is not a problem we will do it just one time and you can cancel anytime you want. They did the initial service and after some time I received an email that your next service is scheduled on this date. I was out of county so I said to cancel the service then they sent me a bill of $150for contract cancellation fee. I spoke with billing agent and they said you already signed a agreement with us, when the sales guy came at that time I was leaving for somewhere so instead of reading the long agreement I just checked and then signed but I was not aware this guy is a scammer and lying to me.

      *****, I got set up like every body else. Figured it out and text and emailed them before the treatment time."Wow. The reputation of this company online is horrible. Do not come to blah, blah, blah property address or proceed with any services between 4-6 today. If you do, clearly understand that you will not be paid and will be trespassing. The property owner will not be paying for it, or any cancelation fees. Please cancel any and all contracts with me regarding this property immediately and/or in the future. Have a great day."A couple hours later they claim they came anyway against my repeated requests not to and proceeded to send me an invioce that I will never ever in a million years pay.

      Highly aggressive salesman. Very pushy. Wouldn't take "No" for an answer. Asked personal questions. Asks name, how many kids, etc. Then I saw on Nextdoor complaints from other people, too. Definitely wouldn't have anything to do with them. Tell them to scram if they come to your place.

      **This company is a scam**I signed up for the quarterly visits. the first visit that day they sprayed my lawn for pests. at a price of 139.00.Barely two weeks later thay wanted to schedule another supposed quarterly appoinment and charge me 179.00.I called the (call center) that answered the phones and she said that she would have to transfer me to customer service.When they were unable to get through to customer service she informed me that since she was unable to get through she would go ahead and cancel the account.I asked for an email confirmation of the account cancellation and the following is a copy of the email that I recieved:Good day!Thank you so much for calling in today and discussing your services with us. We hope that we were able to provide you with a service experience during our conversation that shows you how much we appreciate your past business with us. This is written confirmation that your account is set to be cancelled.If you would ever like to resume services with us, please feel free to contact us at the phone number or email below and we would be happy to offer you a discounted initial service to show our appreciation for the opportunity to earn your business again. If theres anything else that we can do to take good care of you, please dont hesitate to let us know.Warm regards,Adi - ************* Specialist The ********************** ****************At no time was it mensioned that there was going to be a cancelation charge for the account.Now they have sent a ****** cancelation invoice for the account.That would put the acual price of the service call at a price of ****** for 45 minuts worth of work.Since there was no mention of the cancelation fee I feel that I do not owe them another dime.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR THROW THEM OFF YOUR PROPERTY.

      DO NOT use this company. They are liars, thieves and will say anything to get you to sign a contract, then refuse to perform the services promised. The sales person who came to my door, *****, lied to me about multiple things to get my service. First he told me, by name, that a specific neighbor was using the service and was happy with it. I talked to her a few days later and she had never even heard of the company. Next, ***** told me that they could treat my crawlspace, which is where my pest issue is. They treated it on the first service, but after that refused and stated they are not allowed to go in the crawlspace. Lastly, ***** never told me that the second service was billable until after I signed the contract. He also told me that I was receiving a huge discount on service because I was the 12th and final home in their route. I would imagine this was a lie as well. When I spoke to the local Denver office manager, she was extremely rude and told me that there was nothing she could do except transfer me to customer support. When I talked to customer support, they stated the the crawlspace WAS part of my contract and he didn't understand why they were not performing services according to the contract. Since the local office was not performing the services in accordance with the contract, I asked to cancel and for them to waive the cancellation fee. After speaking to a supervisor, the customer support person said all he could do is discount my cancellation fee. Do not waist your time with these lying thieves.

      This Company is a scam. They come to your door and make a bid to control pests but do not give you the full cost. You sing a tablet contract but they do not disclose that it is four four charges of ****** and if you want to cancel it will cost you ******. If you call to cancel you will spend an hour or more with the on-call "service" person that in the end will not do a thing but charge you ****** to cancel. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY ON YOU PROPERTY, IN YOUR HOME OR ANYWHERE NEAR YOU!!!

      I spoke with the salesman that came to my door. I was promised echo friendly products inside and out. I was told that after ***** days they would come back again because of the egg cycle and it was included in my services. I was billed for the first service at $189 and then charged again when they came back to spray during the ***** days from the first service. This is only supposed to be a quarterly charge and I was told they would come back from spot treatment 3 times during the quarter if I wanted. The 2nd time the guy came out, it was a different guy, and he used a horrible chemical in an aerosol can that I could get from Ace Hardware and he only sprayed the living room and dining room because we got an awful fog in the house and I was coughing and feeling sick from it. I reached out to the company and had to tell them I was going to report them to the BBB and/or get a lawyer if I needed because they didn't uphold their end of the contract therefore the contract if void and I am no longer responsible for the terms of the contract. He immediately waived the cancelation fee, canceled my account and removed the card on file as well as submitted a request of a refund for the second charge of $189 with a supervisor and if approved they will send me a check. I also received email confirmations of all of this while I was on the phone. They will call me back with the decision re: my refund within 5-7 business days.
