      This company misled me when they came to my house. The person who came to my door said I could get this service for a discount if I signed up now for a neighborhood discount. He said $165. Asked if that was for a year, he said yes. They did the wipe down with something to kill the bugs. Then another person came out a month later and said it was for a follow up and my card was charged for another $165. I tried getting a hold of the company from the email they sent the receipt, nothing after three emails. I tried to call the company the phone just rang. I was also trying to get a hold of them because we were getting bugs and many hornet's they they never replied. I feel this was all a big scam. I will never sign up for anything if a person comes to my doorstep. I will try to keep contacting them and get this contract canceled or reach out to a legal source who can help.

      If I could put 0 I would! We called to get an appointment scheduled outside of our normal schedule since we were having ant problems. When they advertised this to us they said that they would come anytime free of charge if we needed extra service like spraying and stuff. So, I called and asked for an appointment and got Aug 1 for them to come by despite of the request I asked to have it sooner. So I agreed with Aug 1 but nobody came by, no notice at all. I called Aug.4 Monday asking what happened and they said they didnt have anybody available and have us scheduled for our quarterly visit which is the 15th of August but hey, they said they got it a day sooner and will have it on the 14th instead. I told them I dont want to be paying for that visit, Ive waited enough and they said theyre gonna call me the next day. Here comes the 14th and they came by and of course they are so quick to charge us! So quick with charging people with some lousy service. I talked to customer service and from the cancellation department, spoke with **** and I dont think he understands every word I was saying, even hang up on me when I said I want to cancel. So, if they ever come by knocking your house, dont even think about signing up with them!

      Firstly, they were soliciting under false pretenses. I actually thought the tech was from the **** Though he was very charming and informative, the "trial" he talked me into is a joke. It's a 2 year scam. I was told numerous times I could cancel before my next sceduled date. This is not true. You will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. You are out $400 for 15 minutes of their time. Do not work with this company.

      Very upset ! I was away from home for a short time yesterday and while I was away a door to door salesman stopped by and completely ignored our NO SOLICITATION SIGN ON THE ***** DOOR AT EYE LEVEL. He proceeded to talk to my elderly husband who has dementia and set up an appointment to come back to spray for bugs.. my husband said he showed him two spiders who apparently are pregnant black widows and before long we will be infested with baby black widows. He gave my husband a card with the company logo but no address or phone # on it. He did put his name and phone # on the back of it. The card also has the BBB seal on the front. A very bad taste in my mouth for this company.if and when all these hundreds of baby black widows should appear you can bet I would never use this company. I had to rate this company in order to leave a review. They deserve a negative rating.

      Last Fall a door-to-door sales representative from EcoShield Pest Solutions made an offer to provide a monthly pest control service to my residence. It was offered as a cancellation anytime after the 2nd payment verbal contract. I accepted the agreement and signed it at the time of the offer. Upon the conclusion of the first month I decided to cancel the service paid the 2nd month as agreed and stopped future payment. After a few months I received an unscheduled service call by their service technician who told me he was there because I set up an appointment I did not. Upon realizing EcoShield Pest Solutions was still under the impression we had an agreement, I called their billing department and specifically told the *** I was not obligated to pay for additional services. I stated clearly, I am not going to pay any additional fees and that EcoShield Pest Solutions was no longer needed.Since that cancellation call I have received multiple daily calls from EcoShield harassing me and continuing to attempt to bill and or charge me for services I have not authorized nor received. I am reporting EcoShield to the BBB and am preparing to file a lawsuit and seek damages for bail and switch practices and harassment.This is a notification to EcoShield Pest Solutions to Stop and Desist their collection activities and to apologize for the inconvenience it has caused me.

      Horrible service. They told me they would charge $100 for a year and then next day my card was charged $300. This is a scam. Do not fall for it.

      Very clearly a scam. The salesman tried to bully you into purchasing services that arent needed and then refused to leave my porch after I said I wasnt interested. I have a no soliciting sign as well for whatever thats worth. They are also quite clearly buying positive reviews on ****** so beware.

      This business is a total scam. I work from home and we have been bothered by the technicians/sales people multiple times. We have a posted no soliciting sign and they ignore it. Today, I was in the middle of an important meeting and this guy rang my doorbell twice and pounded on my door causing my animals to bark and therefore making me leave my meeting. When I told him I was working, he then used the tactic "I'll come back to tell you what I am putting in your yard while working on X neighbors yard" to attempt to scare me into listening to the ******** sales pitch. I am calling the cops next time for trespassing.

      We allowed one service to be performed and had zero results. No ants in traps set and mice thereafter.We called to cancel the service. Ecoshield agreed to cancel but did not inform us tha cancelation was only for the next service.We called customer service a number of times to close our account. The *** in the "Solutions ***** agreed to close the account and cancel future services. She, Reya, did not identify the fact that closing the account would result in a $211.00 early cancelation fee.We have received emails and text messages regarding the cancellation fee - that if not paid, will go to collections.I called the Solutions **** and was offered two alternatives a) reinstate the one-year contract and they'd waive the early cancellation fee, or, b( a $50 discount on the early cancellation fee ************ is deceptive and has no set methodology of handling unsatisfied customers.Stay away from ******************** - they will s**** you badly.

      This company is a joke. I have seen more insects in my house after two treatments, than I have in my five years of living here. When I called to complain, they skipped around their warranty upon realizing I wasnt aware of it. They offered 25% off coupons instead of a free service. They then charged me $150 for cancellation of the account. Overall a very disappointing experience. If I could leave zero stars I would.
