  I recently became a happy Thorn customer. I had grown very tired of one of the Big Two providers badgering me to upgrade old equiment that still works and not understanding that their 5G cellular "solution" would have problems here since cell signals roam to the USA.
  Thorn sent a knowledgeable human to our house - he carefully explained how the system works. We agreed on terms. Then they sent another human who tested everything using the existing equipment and got it all set up. They listened and accommodated all of my concerns. I know I can contact either of these people in future if needed. Thanks for the valuable personal service!

  Very impressed with the team at Thorn Security. I was a former REMOVED customer and just getting so frustrated with the time and energy
  it was taking to get things done. Simple requests are taking forever. As this
  is a locally owned company it just made sense to make the switch over based on
  the positive reviews that I read about this company and their family, and a
  friend who also did the switch. The service was seamless, and follow-up calls
  are handled with attention and timeliness, which of course I love. Since I had
  the system installed in Feb, I had an additional water sensor installed and
  everything from the scheduling to the install went very well. I am very happy
  that I switched to Thorn Security. Thank you, Rene and your team.

  Outstanding and Local!!! After Price Alarms was bought out a few years ago we ended with a large National Alarm monitoring service REMOVED. Problem was they never responded to any triggered events. When we'd call to complain, they would say our equipment is outdated and would try to sell us an all new system.
  Last week was the final straw. We were fed up with them. I looked at all the other options and decided to try Thorn.
  Within 5 minutes of filling out their on line form, I had a call from Stacy who used to work for Price! We have a wired system and didn't want to spend the money to go wireless. Within 2 hours they sent out Rene who really knew his stuff. With the exception of a couple of new keypads, he worked with what we had and we signed up the same day! The next day Rene and Kevin were here at 8 am and Kevin had everything checked out and running in 4 hours!!!
  As a former Director of the BBB, I know the value an A+ rating!!!
  Thorn was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend them!!!
