Outstanding and Local!!! After Price Alarms was bought out a few years ago we ended with a large National Alarm monitoring service *****. Problem was they never responded to any triggered events. When we'd call to complain, they would say our equipment is outdated and would try to sell us an all new system.
Last week was the final straw. We were fed up with them. I looked at all the other options and decided to try Thorn.
Within 5 minutes of filling out their on line form, I had a call from Stacy who used to work for Price! We have a wired system and didn't want to spend the money to go wireless. Within 2 hours they sent out Rene who really knew his stuff. With the exception of a couple of new keypads, he worked with what we had and we signed up the same day! The next day Rene and Kevin were here at 8 am and Kevin had everything checked out and running in 4 hours!!!
As a former Director of the BBB, I know the value an A+ rating!!!
Thorn was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend them!!!

Couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive and knowledgeable security company. Their customer service level is over the top. This is not the first company I have used or had quotes from but hope that it will be the last. I'll stick with Thorn as long as they are in business.
