Rene and Stacey were the other two people we dealt with, and they were great. It’s nice to have a local company that is well run and has terrific customer service! 5 starsAfter over 20 years with a well-known security company, the recent buyout by a national company, and the drastic reduction in service convinced me it was time for a change.
What a great experience it has been to deal with Thorn Security!
A live, local voice on the phone, an onsite evaluation completed within days, and a very professional installation that included fixing several long-standing problems, as well as upgrading our equipment. I would happily recommend Thorn Security - local, professional, reliable.Thorn Security Ltd.

5 starsThe previous concise review, "responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, energetic— delivered with a high service orientation" says it all. That was our experience with everyone at Thorn Security.
We also appreciate that they provided what WE wanted in upgrading our existing system. Technician Adam was also able to overcome issues created following our reluctant trial of the only "upgrade" a large corporation (*****) offered. Another reason we prefer local businesses!
