      Last year I filed a complaint against this business because they have me as collection on my credit report, even though I have never conducted business with them at all. For a few months they deleted it from my credit report but a couple of months ago they put it again!!!! What type of scammers are they? I want this clarified and deleted from my credit report once and for all, please help.

      They are being funny saying there is a follow up for a debt when they stated on their in a obligation to get some to drop the debt as it was over a long time and that there was a mistake in the system. they lied and are trying to force me to take responsibility for the wrong amount and I am disputing any all charges because they do not belong to me as I have my identity stolen multiple times.

      I am not liable for this debt with AMERICOLLECT. I do not have a contract with AMERICOLLECT. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      My apologies. There are a few companies that I am disputing and AMERICOLLECT was the company that I never received a correspondence from, so I did not speak with anyone directly with this company. No calls and/or letters were received by this company.

      The collections amount is for $695 and the date opened is listed for October 17, 2022. I did try to attach a photo of the entry on my credit report but was unable to do so. Please advise if any additional information is needed.

      Harassment via repeated daily phone calls. In the tune of 5 plus daily. I have log of their robo calls. Plus voicemail to back up their calls.

      I have been getting multiple calls & voice messages from AmeriCollect. I have answered several times & get a pre-recorded voice message about an attempt to collect a debt from me. I sit through the whole thing & after 15 minutes on hold w/ no live person, I was done. My credit is excellent & I have no unpaid bills according to the 3 credit bureaus. The calls are coming to my workplace. They are harassing ****** want it to stop. If they have an issue, they can contact me by mail & explain why they believe I owe money. The credit bureaus have my address. So, I know AmeriCollect can get it. This is ridiculous. I can't even call & speak to a live person to find out what this is all about.

      I previously filed a complaint about this company and was told that they would send me proof of Debt, payment history, signed original contract and any other information provided to then regarding this debt on 1/30/2024. I have not heard anything from the company and my resolution was to have this removed from my credit score and that has not been done. I also disputed this with the trans union and it has remained on my credit score, however I have no proof of this debt. I have no other debt on my credit so I would like to get this corrected as it is effecting my credit score negatively.

      I am not responsible for this debt with Americollect *** for $510. I definitely do not have a contract with them Americollect ***, they also did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      Company states I had an emergency at a hospital where the bill then went to **************************** and then it was sold to Americollect. The company knows this is not my collection but continues to commit crimes against me by defaming my character. They refuse to delete a collection thats mot mine and I will be proceeding further. The kindness I show makes the company think they can choose to play around with this collection account. Theyre violating many rights
