      I was seen at osf emergency room for back pain , my wife was present with me. I was evaluated by the er dr and he suggested volume to relax my muscle spasms . My wife and I specifically said no. We want to find out what is really going on. The nurse comes in abruptly without saying a work and immediately injects me with an unknown drug. This part is groggy for me. For my wife it is not groggy and she began yellingwhat did you give him?! what did you give him !?. Her panicked response was perfectly acceptable because my wife said I looked at her blankly and asked why we were in the clouds where are we? After my wife repeatedly asked the nurse what was given , for 10 seconds she was frozen. She wouldnt say anything . My wife demanded the er physician and he verified it was volume and said he was sorry about the miscommunication with the nurse. I was left sleeping in a deep sleep for hours at osf emergency room. I will find until the day I die to NOT pay this bill! This was solely medical negligence and Im not suffering again for it! I will go to court as I disputed before . Whatever it takes . But osf will not get a dime out of me!

      I checked my credit report and noticed I had an allege 1 collection from (AMERICOLLECT **** that was opened in (08/22/2018) balance is ($891.00) with account number starting in ********* I do not recognize having any agreement with (AMERICOLLECT **** and I am not liable for these accounts. This alleged debt is not mine I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with (AMERICOLLECT **** This inaccurate collection is NOT MINE. I never provided any written consent or permissible purpose for this allege creditor (AMERICOLLECT **** to report on my consumer report. I AM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR and THE ONLY ONE who can extend credit or permission to report to my consumer report. This is a violation of U.S. Code ****b permissible purposes of consumer reports. Pursuant to 15 U.S. CODE ****b(a)(2)- Permissible purpose, of consumer reports. (A) in general Subject to subsection (c) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other (2) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER PROVIDED WRITTEN PERMISSION OR ANY CONSENT to pull my consumer report. This is a violation and also identity theft! 15 U.S.C. ****c-2- Block of information resulting from identity theft. You have no right under the law to send me any type of communication what so ever. Cease and Desist all communication immediately. Further More You Are attempting to collect an alleged debt where the so called original creditor has falsely represent the character other Violations under 15 USC **** e that you are implementing your self. Violation: 15 USC ****b(5), 15 USC ****(2)(A), 15 USC ****e(3), 15 USC ****(6)(B), 15 USC ****(9), 15 USC ****(10), 15 USC ****(11) If your office fails to respond to this validation request within 10 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my consumer report.

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 credit bureaus and AMERICOLLECT to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have AMERICOLLECT that I have no account with them and 3 credit bureaus can simply remove it from my credit.

      received a notice that I have a collection from AMERICOLLECT *** on my credit report. It says it was opened on 01/22/2020 for $689 with account number starting in ******** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      Our son had received medical care at ********* Hospital. They were sending invoices to a MyChat without us knowing that ****** bills would be sent digitally. This is an error and has been corrected with *********. That is just that back story as to how we got here in the first place. After receiving the collection notice, I had ****** father ****** call the collection company to find out what was going on. Americollect told him about the missed payment and that our son's credit would be ruined without payment. ****** reach out to me to tell me what the issue was. I promptly called ********* and made payment in full.Americollect kept calling ****** and harassing him. They kept telling him that if he didn't pay the ********************* credit would be ruined. They finally convinced him into pay the bill and told him that if it had already been paid a refund would be promptly issued. Attached is a copy of the collection letter and a receipt of payment made in full with ********************************* directly.The representative at ********************************* also said that this would have no effect on ****** credit because the collection was less than 30 days.We are requesting that we receive a refund of the $442.00. We are also requesting that they change their advertising as they are NOT ridiculously nice. They harass, scare and manipulate people.

I should take legal action but I will accept you removing items of inaccurate information from my consumer report

      received a notice that I have a collection from AMERICOLLECT on my credit report. It says it was opened on 05/01/2022 for $107 with account number starting in ***** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      I am not liable for this debt with *********************************** and do not have a contract with AMERICOLLECT. They did not provide me with the original application as I asked.In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. AMERICOLLECT **** has violated my federally protected consumer rights based on sections:15 ********** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions.I demand accounts #*************, *************, ************* (Equifax), accounts # *************, *************, ************* (Experian), and accounts # *************, *************, ************* (TransUnion) be deleted from my credit reports!

      I reject  the unsatisfactory response. Due to the fact that they have not provided me with the original application I have asked for. In addition, it still does not address the fact I have a right to privacy. (15U.S.C **** section 602A) (15U.S.C **** section 604A section2) stating cusumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written permission. 

       I demand all accounts be deleted from my credit report.

      Americollect is the company on my credit report. They continually refer me to another company but yet this is the company violating my rights. They have not and will not furnish me with the original contract, nor have I signed anything with this company.  

      With that being said again this situation is not resolved. No original contract nor documents. I have a right to privacy and the consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written permission.
