    My wife lost her phone while traveling and it was replaced under the ******** plan. It took some time but the operators were understanding of the situation and she got the replacement 2 weeks later with a deductible.

    I was not charged for phone at first. Then $99 dollar fee! If they had listened they could have charge me then instead of waiting. It's cool, got an upgraded phone. I am happy

    Overall experience was great. Communication was fast and detailed. They were unable to replace my device with the exact same one so they upgraded to the next version. I had a Z Fold 5 and they sent a Z Fold 6 for replacement.
