    I was terrified to use their service after reading review. I had to put a $1250.00 deposit. I received the first replacement and it was damaged I called and reported it to Servify. The next day my husband was hospitalized with Covid-19. We returned home 3 week later and there was a new phone. It was way past the 10 day return and . I hadn't even returned my original phone. I called them 1 week ago and they said to go ahead and return both. I did after a week I called. They said they had not received 1 of the phones and opened a ticket (I offered them both trackingnumbers. The representative responded, "No need, I believe you!" I checked my card today and the deposit has already been returned to my card. I am so thankful I had coverage for when my S23 Ultra was damaged beyond repair. There representative were always kind and courteous. Sometimes I thought they were being dismissive when they said they didn't need the tracking and the ticket would resolve it, but I waited. They were not being dismissive, they were providing a quick resolution.. I was prepared to leave bad reviews if I got poor service. So I wanted to leave a good review since they were absolutely amazing and saved me over a thousand dollars! Thank you servify !

    Warranty for my TCL ******** It was easy to get someone on the phone and they were very pleasant. I made the claim probably 2 weeks before the warranty was going to expire. They told me not to worry because the claim was made before the expiration so they would honor it which they did. The ** was a retirement gift from my company so I did not have any receipts. The person taking the claim said they needed the receipts. I didn't think that made sense so I wrote an explanation and sent whatever proof I had like a picture of the box, emails from work saying they were going to send me the **, picture of serial number, etc and they accepted it. I do think if a person paid for a warranty and had the ** registered and they have the serial number, that they should not require a receipt. It doesn't make sense. They should not accept payment for a warranty if they have to have a receipt. I mean the reason they tried to sell me the warranty is because I registered it. Anyway, it all worked out and they sent me a new ** which I have not had time to plug in and try but it is a new **. I'm glad I bought the warranty.

    Its been a week and there is a "back end error" that doesnt allow my phone to be repaired. Now they cant cancel the ticket to send me a replacement. I get the same "it will be resolved in 24 hours" but no resolution is ever made.
