    They did an excellent job in fixing both of my phones. They had to replace all the exterior parts of both phones.And now my Z Fold and Z Flip phones look and feel brand new.

    Terrific Response to my concerns regarding defect on my Fold4. Chose the new replacement phone option and was shipped overnight definitely would recommend anyone to choose the care Plus package when insuring your phone!!!Thank you ******* for standing behind your product and putting customers satisfaction 1st!!!

    Terrible service. They wanted to put a $900 hold on my bank accout to send me a new phone. I don't have $900 for this company to just hold until they receive my old phone. This was nowhere in the contract. Avoid this company at all cost. Do not get ******* care plus. Find another phone insurance company. Nobody at this company speaks decent English either. It is very hard to understand the phone help desk. Wish I could give 0 stars.

    The store needs to get basic contact together - they do not have a working phone and the online booking won't work for me, so I have to walk in and hope there's availability for repair. It took me months to get my phone fixed. And even ******* corporate cannot contact the store directly. And the call center gave me a terrible run around and wasted hours of my time. That said everyone who works at the store that i interacted with is excellent. They are friendly, helpful, empathetic, and were really accommodating. ****** and **** were both so helpful the first time. And I am very sorry I can't remember the name of who helped me the second time, because he was so, so helpful, and understanding. Really above and beyond the requirement of their jobs.

    Absolutely awful experience. I received my new phone on December 5th, 2023. I then returned my broken phone via **** on December 8th, well within the 10 days. I hear nothing. Nothing until suddenly, on February 1st, my credit card has been charged nearly $1000 for failing to return a device. Looking at the tracking number, there is nothing. It says my package has not been scanned. I called Servify as soon as I found out. They assured me that I did what I had to do, and despite not having a receipt, I would be refunded in a few days, he needed to contact the "backend". I monitored my account and nothing...So I called back. Again I am assured that I will be refunded and that I did what I was supposed to do. I should see the refund before the end of the week. That would have been around February 15th. Again no refund. So I contested with my credit card and they "fought" on my behalf. They caved and said the same thing servify did. They did not help me either.I continued to contest the charge but was repeatedly told, if I don't have a receipt, then they will not take back the charge. Absolutely disgusted with being told flat out lies by customer service. Told that the charge will be taken out, only for it not to be. So that is why they are a 1 star review from me. They scammed me out of $1000, months after the fact, and **** cant track the mail anymore because it deletes from their system automatically after a certain amount of time. I tried going back to the same post office but to no avail. I am in the midst of requesting the footage that I dropped the package off for a potential lawsuit against them.
