      Amazon, you have removed my ability to leave any sort of reviews (negative or positive) on the many products that I purchase from you over competitors. Ive been a loyal Prime member for a long time now and they said my account was suspended leaving reviews because of suspicious activity. This is so bizarre and so untrue and I only ever receive the same automated response that they wont reinstate my account. What they should be worried about are the cheap, knock-off products sold my third-party sellers. Im thinking I wont be continuing my Prime membership much longer as my voice isnt being heard or believed. So disappointing.

      Amazon Prime has been taking money out of my account for months and when I go to cancel my membership they claim I do not have one. I know for a fact that I never subscribed for any membership.

      I bought a box spring and did not get a resolution from the seller so I called Amazon they said they would conduct and investigation and email me when done they never emailed me and I had to call Amazon to see what was the resolution. They said they did not understand why an investigation was placed to begin with and said they would call me back in 2 days I still have not gotten a resolution and this is going on 2 months

      I just canceled over $500 in products. Plus my prime membership . They over doubled charged me. Then they tell me its policy to charge when ordering and again when shipped. Since when!!!!!! The guy couldnt even speak English let alone understand anything. Just kept repeating the post scripted answer over and over again. This on top of mounting problems the last several months. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!!!!

      Long time prime member. I returned items that were gifts to the Amazon location with the promise of a refund to gift card. I never received my refund and upon calling customer service they wanted an order ID number. Well it was a gift I didn't purchase it. If I get a gift ID that means I asked the person purchasing it which means they now know I'm returning the gift. The whole purpose was for them not to know that Amazon. The only reason I had to let them know is because you wouldn't give me the funds promised. 2 weeks later and I only have half the funds because I have to wait for inspection of returned items. Are you really inspecting a sparkly headband and cheap jewelry.Then there's the oh you can't do reviews because you violated a rule. I question which rule. Oh I can't say but you violated something so just make another account if you want to continue doing reviews. What sense does that make! Reinstate my account Amazon. And refund my returns.

      The worst customer service on this planet. They literally dont care if they retain customers. They went so "progressive," that they dont even care if they hire quality people. They hire trash. All they have for employees, literally are people who will get into screaming matches with you.Calling amazon is like tearing out your cuticles with your teeth. Or even yanking out your molars with a plyers and not using nova cane.In the past year a lone, I dread, even needing to call amazon AT ALL for anything. You dont get assistance. You get treated like your a pion, and they all act like they are above you. I have had customer service reps be completely combative towards me, and even threaten me on the phone, mostly black ethnicity or indian. I can care less that you hired some one of those nationalities, but can you stop hiring people based off of that alone. Providing basic customer service should be, SHOULD BE the requirement for your staff, regardless of what they look like or identify as. NOPE, not one soul who works for amazon in the call center is a decent human being at this point. They all ****. I can care less about all of them. They are horrible And nasty pieces of s***

      A Corsori Air Fryer Toaster Oven (CS100-AO) was delivered on 1/13/23 by Amazon ordered through a company awards program *******. We opened the package 1/14/23 & there was a significant dent. I began the replacement process on my app. It would only allow for orders I ordered through my acct. I went online with Amazon for a gift return & it insists on logging into my account. I tried the gift return page & entered the *********** said it cannot be found. There is no option for giving an phone number for assistance on the app or for Amazon.com. After 45 minutes, I did an online search for a phone number & found it in some comments. The lady was pleasant enough, but said the request had to be online. She walked me through the same screens as before. When we reached the order cannot be found response, she said needed an approval via text, The text took about 10 minutes to receive. When she loaded it she said it is through a business account & she would need to transfer me to Amazon Bus. Accts. The man said that I needed to provide an email for *******. I do not have an account for the Awards program because an contact is non-reply only. He said he could not do anything, so I asked for a supervisor. He said he could not replace the item because is no longer available, however, the app shows the exact same model is currently available. He said he could refund the company, so how is that helping me with the dented model? After being online for about an hour I said just forget it. I do not have the names of the customer service reps because I could not understand any of them when they gave their names. I had to ask them to repeat their questions or comments repeatedly since there was an obvious language barrier. Disappointed that an appliance that I received as an award is starting out with a visible dent in and the possibility that the damage could affect function of the oven. This experience has been frustrating & Amazon has a serious black eye over this lack of cust serv.

      Terrible customer service. Disconnected on phone, transferred multiple times on chat. Issue never even discussed aside from "I understand let me transfer you" over and over again. Canceled my membership because of how bad it was.

      We've been trying to return a purchased mattress that was purchased through amazon but was partnered with *************** We've been going in circles with this situation for almost about 1-2 months now and customer service is never helpful. They would always transfer us to a different department, put me on hold for 45+ minutes, and then would hang up during the process of "transferring" in that 45+ minutes. When we contacted Tuff and Needle, they said that Amazon should have given us the refund since Amazon was the one that charged us. **** & ****** said that because we were still in the returning timeframe of 100 days, it shouldn't have been a problem, but amazon is making this a much more difficult process than it should and we've gone through about 10+ customer ********************, and supervisors/ manager and they were all useless. Even as I am typing this, I'm on the phone trying to get a hold a manager/ supervisor and then got hung up on again. This is total BS. This Amazon company is a scam out of your money and they know how to play the game of dragging the days and saying BS things that will not ever happen EVEN IF IT'S IN THEIR MEMO/ NOTES UNDER THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT.. If they're wondering why I'm so rude on the phone, well maybe it's because customer service is never helpful in any situation. Their customer service has gone way down than it was in the past.
