I've had countless issues with Amazon's cheap products that have fake reviews and delivery problems as their couriers often deliver to the wrong lockers in my building and people dont always be honest and return the items to the front desk. I recently returned a pair of headphones purchased in November as the battery case was not charging the headphones correctly after two months of use. I received a replacement and shipped them out before the return period ended. I had issues with the return as Amazon forced me to do *** pick up, and I wasn't allowed to drop it off. I live in an apartment building and received an email from the building months ago that they would not hold packages to be shipped out any longer. But someone at the front did it for me. I received an email from Amazon initially saying they received the item, which was used/broken and discarded. The item was used, but it was not broken and was in good shape; it's just that the charger was defective. I responded and got a conflicting response now, saying they never received it. I then reached out to amazon, and they told me that I returned the headphones with a different serial number, which isn't possible. I disconnected the pair that I returned and connected the new pair. The only possibility would have been that I mistakenly returned the new pair, which I didn't because I connected the new pair, meaning I sent back brand-new headphones. I've asked them to provide proof of the serial number of the headphones that they sent the ones I sent back and me. The only two things I can come up with are that they sent the headphones with a different serial number or confused the return between the original and the new pair. They are telling me that they will charge me, and they threw away the headphones that I returned, so they are charging me for headphones I don't have. I am average and can not afford to pay for $150 headphones twice in this economic climate!

I returned an Apple Pencil (cost $99.00.) within the allotted time via **** Amazon received my return on 2/10/23, however they credited me $11.65 for an IiPad case pro case. I immediately contacted Amazon to get this straightened out. They acknowledged they did receive the Apple Pencil and the incorrect credit was posted. I was assured I would be credited the correct amount in 5-7 days. It has now been 9 days and no word from Amazon as to the correct amount. I have contacted them several times regarding this issue. They know they did not credit the correct amount and why should it take 5-7 days to refund the correct amount. Im very disappointed in Amazon and find their customer service not very helpful when you call. They continue to repeat themselves as if they are reading from a standard script. I will most likely not renew my Prime. Amazon is getting to big for their britches. I really feel they no longer care about their customers.

Started charging higher prices, and cannot meet their promises or fulfill their obligations on time. Continually has false advertisement regarding products being shipped with rush delivery or overnight delivery just to get you to buy more expensive products from them and they never arrive on time . When reaching out to try and resolve issues with delivery they basically tell you there is nothing they can do. Today I was offered and immediate refund and when I tried to accept that offer so I could go buy the product elsewhere they came back and told me it was not available and I would just have to wait until my package arrives that was already late and that there was nothing they could do about it. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service if more people would stop using the service maybe they would start getting back to the basics of taking care of their customers instead of using us as cash cows.

This is 2023. Amazon's business practices are becoming more and more Anti Customer-Centric. This is the probably the 6th time in the last months that I have returned an item, been refunded once I brought it to *** and then recharged for the item 2 months later. Example: I purchased an item December 23. I returned it and Amazon's Warehouse received it (I have the Proof of Delivery to the Warehouse) January 3. I was refunded. Now today 6 weeks later, I was charged for the item. 6 weeks later!!! What is their justification? That their Warehouse hasn't had time to process the item and they have to now charge me, because they are unable to do their job properly down at the Warehouse. This is one of multiple times this has happened in the last year. One of the items was for me a high cost item and absolutely disrupted my credit card balance. I have read other reviews of hundreds of people complaining about these deceptive practices of Amazon's developing over the last years. Many people never realize that Amazon is coming through the back door and recharging customers for items they thought had been refunded. Had this been a one time error, I could understand, maybe. But this is a constant barage of errors or perhaps intended to look like errors. Amazon is not only now engaging in price gouging, but they are taking money right and left from consumers and from sellers on their website by duplicating their items and selling them as the Amazon brand. I've had enough. Amazon, its new CEO, ******************* and all those making the policies have proven to be unstable, unethical and deceptive flouting a Customer Centric philosophy that is in practice ANTI Customer Centric. ********************** has become Amazon Centric and billions of us have been like frogs slowly cooking in a pot of water being warmed up slowly to take our money, our integrity and our community.

You cannot depend on the delivery dates scheduled for your subscriptions. The purpose of scheduling all your items on one day is to obtain the best price and reduce your carbon imprint of single deliveries. It is not a benefit when you plan around the stated delivery date and you receive a notification on the delivery day that all items (10 individual notifications, 1 for each item) are delayed and will arrive 2 days later. This also happens on next day and 2 day deliveries. Amazon needs to improve on planning subscription delivery times.

False advertising- They will show and list in the description a 6 pack of an item, in this case for $11.99 but when you select it to purchase, it says the 3 pack is $11.99 and the 6 pack is $21.99 ? ?????????????? I was purchasing a iPad stand for the car and some snuggles scent refill on Amazon.com the order was $25.01 and I was approved for free shipping. Well, less than a minute later the price of the snuggles scent refill was changed to a reduced price of one cent under $25.00 make it eligible to get free shipping. I called Amazon customer service and they told me the buy something with higher prices. I asked for to speak to a manager and they said no manager was working and l asked for the name of the manager and they said they couldnt give me a name.

I used to be a loyal Amazon customer until I was given notice at time of order that any purchases not picked up in 3 days would be returned. That isnt the problem. Day 1 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker Day 2 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker. I contacted support and offered several options including shipping to address on file or pick up at warehouse or giving me advance notice and I could be waiting for direct pickup Day 3 - unable to deliver no space at Amazon locker. Im going to suggest robbing that locker. At least I know 24 slots of packages that are full every single day to whoever needs a come-up

Amazon is a machine with no ethics, it knows it can gain sales by standard ************* with false promises. They have the main page that shows if you hurry within the next hour you will receive the product before 6PM today. Cool. Place it in your shopping basket and check out, it says tomorrow. You contact the customer service that was offloaded to a country outside the US and they are very sorry for the disappointment, and tell you to rest assured it will be delivered tomorrow. Amazon will not talk to you, they don't want to hear that they are not honoring their false delivery promises. They will sometimes throw a $5 credit at you to pacify you and move on. Amazon is a machine too big to care about BBB or anything there customers have to say.

Amazon is the ************* in the world!"--I read online. I looked up an item on Amazon.com,- (a trash bin). I ordered it and I received the pieces in a semi-crushed package. I alerted Amazon.com and was told to return it. I requested a pre-paid label which Amazon.com refused to send. I replied that the item was too heavy (made of quasi-wood) and I had no assurance that Amazon would refund the cost. In fact, Amazon refused to refund shipping costs. I would be out hundreds of dollars--both for the returned item and the shipping cossts. I then asked a builder to put it together. He said the parts did not fit together. I also tried and found the "kit" impossible to put together. Amazon said return it, but I read on Amazon's website "Items that you can't return" that my item would be considered "nonreturnable," I am now out a great deal of money.
