      Im looking at the Amazon driver as I type this but once again my package is late. Why are we paying for prime when you dont do what were paying for. Your hub is only 10 minutes from my house. You took us in by saying order in the next 30 minutes to get it by a certain date and very rarely does the product show up on time! I could have driven to ******* today and gotten the item if I had known you were going to mess it up once again. ****** learned the hard way. To make matters worse they wont let you contact anyone who speaks English and theres no way to send an email. Just a generic chat with some machine who transfer you to yet another foreigner whos just going to say wait 49 hours. Prices are no longer competitive so like I said ******* has become a better option.

      Amazon allow sellers to overprize items they sell and when we request a refund, as a Amazon prime member we are liable for the shipping cost!!! I called Amazon and all they can offer is to contact the seller to provide the shipping cost.

      Amazon uses bait and switch on high-end electronics. I have bought a couple of high-end TVs from them. They advertise low-end models as though they have all the features you will need. But when you get them home, you cannot attach your peripherals to them. I got a good ********* But there were no inputs where I could connect a DVD/VHS player and there was no output where I could plug in the cables so that I could turn up the sound on my home stereo to hear the ****** cars roar or a stadium crowd cheer. Don't be conned by these scam artists. I've spent thousands of dollars at Amazon over the past two decades, but I cannot even get to talk to a person fluent in ******** English to express my frustrations. And when I ask for a call back, it comes from ***** or ******** where nobody cares that I have a good transaction or customer service experience!

      I get so tired of drivers stealing my items. It's almost not worth using Amazon...plus getting customer service is ridiculous. They should be able to track this c*** especially when the driver says an item has been "signed for" but alas...they don't care enough to bother.

      Amazon has signed me up to their Prime services without my consent and I have tried repeatedly to contact them they have been charging me since June 2023 and I have not been able to resolve this ********

      Amazon customer service is going down week after week. They hire unqualified people to do problem solving. **************** Reps are like robots. They can't think or talk on their own and use their best judgment. they just repeat the same thing over and over. Some of them are rude and unprofessional. I try to shop other places so I don't have to deal with their customer service department. They might be doing well in some areas but if they don't take care of their customers their rating will go down. Very difficult to deal with them.

      This company has gotten really bad. Ive been an Amazon customer for over a decade. *** spent many thousands of dollars on Amazon, and now every time I place an order that needs to arrive when it says it will arrive, it is late. Called to complain, and they dont even care. They dont value their customers, even the ones that have patronized them for many years, and that have spent vast amounts of money with them. Just cancelled my membership, and I wont be going back unless something changes drastically, and I am compensated appropriately for the large number of inconveniences this company has caused me.

      I give Amazon a zero star rating. They dont deserve even one star. I have a small credit in my Amazon account which I wanted to use to purchase two inexpensive items. I cant get anywhere with these people. I have spent several hours on the phone with numerous employees from *****, ************, etc. who just keep asking me the same authentication questions from me i.e. my name, home address, e-mail address, phone number, what items I purchased from them recently, how much credit I still have remaining in my account, etc. I get bounced from employee to employee. Cant get anywhere with the managers either. A few days ago, a female manager from ***** asked me to provide her with two of my credit card numbers which she claimed she needed for authentication. I reluctantly gave them to her, as I couldnt get anywhere. Another manager, who was from ************, said he would credit my **** account. To date, nothing has happened. Amazon has the money in my account to which I am owed, two of my credit card numbers, and my e-mail address.

      Fraudulent and unethical business practices. Incompetent staff across all departments. Inferior products and services. Nothing but problems and headaches dealing with Scamazon!

      i signed up for a "free" prime membership while placing an order and was then charged for a monthly subscription! when i contacted support, for what should've been a simple two minute fix, the first rep i dealt with had zero knowledge of the problem, put me "on hold for two minutes" and then disappeared for over twenty, came back after i asked what was going on, and STILL knew nothing. then i got transferred to another rep, who claimed to have read the previous chat but knew absolutely nothing about my issue and was telling me things that were completely irrelevant to my issue.finally, after about AN HOUR, i think i was able to explain my situation (for about the fifth time, by the way) and was told that it would be resolved... we'll see but holy moly are these people useless, whether it's by design or just horrible hiring practices i don't know this has all of the hallmarks of bait-and-switch, theft, and possibly fraud operation!
