      Very frustrating dealing with Amazon. I am a prime member and 3 times in 2 months items delayed on the day they are scheduled to be delivered. Promised every time that they would make sure it didnt happen again. Had a delayed item on 8/21 and then again on 8/29. While on the phone with a supervisor on 8/29 I was hung up on. Really bad having items delayed when I live only 11 minutes from the Amazon delivery center. The item was a tool I needed for work and explained that and was only given options of replacement which couldnt be guaranteed to arrive by when I need it or refund which wouldnt help either. While explaining that was hung up on. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service.

      This company really doesn't even deserve one star.. They are quick to shut down your account and hard to work with..My phone with all my login information recently broke and I couldn't access none of my accounts.My grandson received a school supply voucher from his health insurance for 50 bucks.i created a new accounts added the voucher tried to place a order.. Before I could even attempt to place the order they requested and required a credit card be added to my payment methods.I added my new cash app card but I only had the Virtual one..Immediately my account was put on a temp hold.I sent in screenshots of the email from the health insurance showing it was sent to my grandson.I uploaded my DL per their request..My account still remained on hold bc now they want to see the credit card..So I tried to take screenshots of my virtual card but CAsh App wouldn't allow it.I called several times to explain this and still no help.I got a email today saying they were closing the account for good and would NO longer talk about it via email.So I tried calling them and they now have me blocked from calling CS..Wowwwww!I couldn't believe it bc for one I wasn't even using the Payment method they made me add for the order..And they gave me no explanation as to what would happen to my grandsons $50 voucher..I can't believe they are getting away with doing people like this or how they think it's good business..Now my grandson doesn't have the things he needed bc of this company... They need to be investigated!

      When entering payment information, in the middle of that screen, Amazon has a free-one month Prime subscription box always selected. If buyer is not aware of this devious marketing technique, their credit card will automatically be charged for the second month - even if buyer was not aware this obscure Prime "box" was not unclicked before making their payment. This has occurred twice for me. Busy people just want to select items to be purchased to buy, pay, and move on with their day.

      There are numerous fake reviews on Amazon designed to mislead customers, alongside counterfeit items. Amazon is not adequately protecting consumers.Nowadays, a product with four stars no longer necessarily signifies good quality. Please take a moment to leave a fair review if you are dissatisfied with a product. Your actions will assist future customers in avoiding deception. Thank you.

      I'm tired of Amazon deliveries ending up in my mailbox when the delivery carrier is not the post office. I get too many deliveries that I do not receive a delivery notification. The next day I'm looking for my package that the website says has been delivered but I do not have. After looking around my house I finally find the package has been put into my mailbox by the street because they are too lazy to bring it to my door.Many times I am in my house and I watch the deliverer just throw the package at my door step. I don't know which is worse. Just because something is in a bag doesn't mean it can be thrown.

      Amazon has great customer support there no question about that but they have some really shady business practices. When looking at the business every thing looks great on the outside. The inside not so much. They sensor customer product reviews to the point that they are manipulating the reviews to bolster sales. If you submit a review that is too critical of Amazon or there preferred sellers they will reject it and not post It. I can't tell you how many times that Amazon has sent me a obviously used item that was listed as new.False advertising is common place on Amazon. I have complained about it many times and Amazon's response was that they agree but had no control over the sellers adds? Really!So in closing if you buy from Amazon be prepared to have to ship items back because of shipping damage due to poor packaging and item not as described.

      I have just spent several days trying to solve a problem with prime viseo (not able to access it on my ******* smart tv). Amazon customer service was absolutely worthless in that endeavor. It is almost impossible to speak to a live human and the virtual assistant kept cutting me off. After trying to resolve the problem for 4 days, I finally got to speak to a person who informed me that the problem is ********* and their engineers are working on a solution. Was that a secret being kept from the myriad customer service reps - both human and ************ am disgusted at the level of inefficiency.

      Hello, In 2022 I reopen my Amazon account and applied to Synchrony credit card since it was advertised on the Amazon website. At the end of 2022 I had returned items about $600.0, I figured that they were credited back to my original method of payment, Synchrony.I have made several calls to Amazon, regarding billing issues, but recently started recording what is going on. 3 hours call-On 07/03, I called Amazon, they had a total credit balance of ******, I talked to manager (Zhen), and I found out that Amazon put all my Returns or Refunds on a Unauthorized Gift Card which is Amazons policy. I asked her to transfer the balance to my original method of payment which is Synchrony. As of today 08/28, she only transferred ***** hour call-Today, 08/28, called Amazon and talked to manager (Insaaf A.) again, there is a $208.01 on gift card balance, which she refuses to transfer to Synchrony, she said because that is Amazons policy. I told this manager, to remove unauthorized Prime membership fees, and to transfer my 208 plus remaining balance to Synchrony, to close my amazon account; I never authorized Amazon to put my Refunds on Gift Card, I personally dont believe on Gift Cards, Ill not impose a Gift Card to anyone, Ill not use that credit balance.I never authorized a Gift card. I have a family household to take care of, I dont have a business. While Synchrony shows inflated billing, Amazon kept my money, they were sitting on almost 600 for the whole year. I demanded the transfer, she said no.

      Amazon allows price gouging of popular store brands to be sold on their website for sometimes twice the price. This makes items at local consumer businesses chronically out of stock. Buyers grab up these popular brands and sell them at these gouged prices on Amazon, example Spring Valley 50 billion 10 billion strain sold at ******* for $17.99 is sold on Amazon for $36.99.

      I didn't receive the package since **** never delivered it. But the order status said it was delivered. I contacted agents to resolve the problem but they always told me to wait wait wait. I could not request a refund even I didn't receive the package. I could not cancel the order either since it was shipped. Why keeping customers waiting is the only solution Amazon can provide. I lost the money, the order, the time.
