We order a package for Christmas and it is a Christmas shower curtain. We order around Nov ********************************************************************************* to wait December 15 and still do not have it. Now they tell to wait December 21. This is nuts. Upon checking the order details, we can see the refund of $21.33 issued on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 4:36 PM (PST) considering the item as lost as the delivery date is passed long ago.
As per tracking it looks like there is an issue with shipping and custom clearance issue.
We are taking highest possible measures to make sure the packages are delivered to the customers in time. However, due to unforeseen reasons we are still experiencing some issues delivering the items.
As the refund for the item is already processed, I request you to place new order for the item.

Issue with Amazon.com not following their own refund policies. I made a purchase on Amazon that was to be delivered on different days 2 of the packages was the delivered in the lobby of my building, I made several complaints to Amazon about this due to the fact that they are being stolen when left in the lobby. Amazon instructed me to leave delivery instructions I also did that. I called on several occasions and was told that the would be resolved, but it never was. I lost 7 items , and when I called Amazon their agents was very rude and disrespectful, me even told me that I needed to have a more secure address, and that it is showing where it was delivered to the correct address, attached is a photo of where the items were delivered and I also attached a photo of my apartment door. I am being told that I am not *** to get a refund. One of the agents even hanged up the phone on me. I am not the only one that have these issues with Amazon in my building. How could the correct address be the lobby when I live on the 7th floor. I have called Amazon about this issue with their delivery persons and they dont ever address the problem. I purchased a pressure booster pump through amazon the seller is UNBEATABLE SALE from ** after i purchased and received my pump i noticed it was similar but not the same i looked it up and found its half the price i paid for,! i over paid over $400 dollars after talking to amazon with their a-z guarantee they ddisnt help me not even a supervisor because they say it was a third party i ownnmy plumbing business and my customer was waiting for his pump he is not going to pay me for that cheap pump i want the difference whcih is about 400 dollars they have offered to send a return label and to return and wait for them to receive the item to refund me so i went to their reviews and their better business bureau as well, they have so many similar complaints as mine!!! they are scammers how are they still on amazon and on BBB! We removed this customers access to their buyer account on our site. We took this action because an investigation of their account indicated that the customers buyer account violated our terms and conditions.
