      This is about these 2 orders Order#***-5383309-8879415 and ***-1908329-0746614 I called to get a tracking number do to stuff didn't make sense on my account and delivery dates wasn't adding up. To make a long story short I got one worker that was very confused that was on the phone with me for about half an hour. I then asked for her to transfer me to a supervisor that would probably be easier to help me. And she very much didn't want to but she finally transferred me. Then the supervisor that I got seem to know less than the worker. And I got very aggravated and upset because they weren't helping me with any of my issues and they were also telling me to cancel out orders that I got at a cheaper price that's for them not to reimburse me when I was to place a new order like what they said that they were going to do. I was trying to explain that to the manager and I had enough of her wasting my time. So she disconnected the phone on me because I kept on saying " WTF I don't understand why you don't get it and why I can't be helped" this was almost an hour of me being on the phone with Amazon of them not doing anything and just making the situation worse.Then that supervisor decided to send me a nasty email saying that she's going to band my account what I'm going to show a screenshot of. Now to be in a customer's account because one of your workers can't do the job I don't think it's the right answer. Or throw around a threat of that. But I called back and I got a different worker that was a male and somehow he was able to fix my problem completely within 10 minutes.... so other than throwing around threats to customers because one of your supervisors don't know how to do their job and her name that she gave me is LHYN P. It would have been better off to have people properly trained and not Target the customer as the problem. So I need the difference of course that I was promised by the worker and the supervisor that couldn't probably do their job $28.00

      Made a purchase thru this company on July 3rd. Package was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of July. Now they keep giving lie after lie. The most dishonest company. Quick to take the money, but slow to deliver the product.

      Purchased an MSI graphics card on May 21, 2022. Returned the product a month later, but did not receive refund. Proceeded to file a bank dispute, which did not go through and attempted to resolve through Amazon. Amazon would not give me the refund, stating it was already processed, which is incorrect and subsequently my bank account closed due to overdraft. Item was returned and all proof of that has been provided. Even my Amazon account, on my end, states that the return has been received and a refund will be processed, which it hasnt.       On May 31, 2023 I placed a total of 4 orders through my prime amazon.com account. My ******************** wallet has many forms of payments saved including my checking accounts. I used my checking account to pay for the 4 orders on May 31 2023. I was overcharged by amazon's shipping triple & double for 2 orders. Order #***-0098129-9261817-$6.84 ( charged three ************** #***-8188049-5269013-$3.90(charged twice). I only planned to place these 4 orders and my checking account only had enough to cover the 4 orders. So when amazon shipping overcharged me they put my account in the negative. So the other two orders ( ****************************************************** got returned. My bank filed a dispute against the overcharging&they were reversed. I reached out to *************************** did refunds which surprised me because at that time I had called in about 10 times but never got help. The 2 orders were paid 5 days after being returned on June 12 when Amazon marketplace did a retry. Amazon still sent me to collections with ***************** third party TRS even though orders were paid. Amazon emailed me 3 emails regarding collections one on July 6 & two on June 30. Amazon also tried to collect return check fees but my bank insisted that I put a stop payment for them for $20 my bank waived one fee until amazon resolves this issue they created. Amazon marketplace actually charged my account two $25 fees for return check fees on June 30 but my bank reversed the fees because of outstanding dispute against amazon. I talked with an Amazon supervisor ****** on June 24 and she told me that amazon shipping was to cancel any order if they had trouble shipping it out not to keep charging a customer's account & or numerous authorization holds. She stated that she would work on & resolve the issue and would do a follow up call to me on Thursday June 29. I never got a follow up call. The 50 calls I have made since June 8 trying to get help with the many issues fell on deaf ears with No help.

      I placed an Amazon order on July 31 2023 for amazon items that are fulfilled and delivered by amazon and products from a third party using my checking account that ********************** lists as one of the forms of payments that can be used for orders. I received email notifications that my order was refused and cancelled  because I used my checking account. ********* has my account locked out from using my checking. ********* still has misinformation and inaccurate information against my account and has revoked my checking account privileges. They stated they cleared it up in tje system in their last response to my complaint but that was not correct. They only verbally suggested they did but did not update Telecheck system or Amazon system or TRS collections.  For over 5 years I have had the same checking account listed in my Amazon account and I have placed over 250 orders using this checking account and I have never had an issue. ********* placed this against my account I cannot use my checking account to place orders.  I even deleted and  re added it to make sure there wasnt a glitch. Telecheck has this checking account in their system history of the 250 orders.       I want supervisors from all companies(Amazon&Telecheck&TRS) listed to resolve this appropriately not a general customer service employee . I dont understand why an Amazon general cus rep is offering me $29? 
      This is an account issue regarding all of your systems- Amazon&Telecheck&TRS placed against my account and checking account & now debit card in revoke / hold & or attempted rejection status with orders and payments when it should not be.
      I just received two email notifications from Amazon & TRS stating that they have placed a block and hold on my Amazon account. I also received text messages & emails that they refused & attempted to block recent orders that I placed using my debit card. This further proves my point that Amazon & Telecheck & TRS have not updated my account on any of their systems to remove the holds & or blocks against my Amazon account & they still have me in revoke status & still revoked my attempts at using checking account to place orders& now they are creating rejections against my debit card.They even tried & or attempted to block my current orders I placed using my  debit card. Amazon has not allowed full access to my account & has created rejections & attempt rejections against my amazon orders. Again all three have failed to release my account from holds&blocks & they are creating rejections & attempt rejections against my amazon orders & checking account & debit card. This is my third attempt to get this resolved. If this is not resolved here I will have no choice but to reach out to a third party because this simple complaint should have been resolved here & if its not.. this fact will also be added along with the full details & documents &communications to bring light to this situation & experience & lack of proper resolution I received from Amazon & Telecheck & TRS which caused me headaches since last month. Release my account & my checking account & any other blocks & or holds & or revoke status that all of your systems have against my Amazon account & my checking account writing privileges against me & my orders & in general. Amazon has admitted it was their mistakes that caused this but ********* only sent a letter admitting that but obviously you all failed to remove this status from your systems officially.       On 7/02/2023 I ordered/purchased a NEW ****** Power Dash Carpet Shampooer (Order #***-3980840-0517860)from Amazon for $139.99! My order was delivered on 7/05/2023, only Amazon sent me a USED one instead of the NEW that I had ordered! It had usage marks all over it, scratches and carpet debri, I have pictures! I contacted Amazon that same day via online 'chat', I told them I had received a USED one and I asked for a price adjustment of $35 to equal the price of what they sell a USED one for which is $104.99! I was then told the max ****** they can refund is $25, I told them but the price difference is $35, I explained this was not my fault, it was Amazon's and since they sent me a USED instead of the NEW I paid for, they need to only charge me the same price as what they sell the USED one for, then the Agent left the chat session and it said I was waiting for a different Agent! When the new agent joined the chat session, I had to repeat ALL the info regarding the issue again and then the new Agent would leave and a different Agent would join the session, so on and so on! Well after spending over an hour in this chat session, I myself left it after the 5th or 6th Agent left and I would be waiting for the next one! Amazon just kept shuffling me around, ignoring any kind of concern regarding the issue and they did not resolve it!

      On April 17 2023, I received an email from Amazon saying that my reviews & posts were being banned because I violated guidelines, without any further explanation or example of which reviews were in violation. I dont leave reviews often, and I certainly dont leave fake ones & Ive never used profanity - nor have I received compensation for a positive review. I searched my inbox for answers and found one recent email about a review (that probably triggered the ban) that I did not even write!! I had never even heard of the book, but no one responds to my inquiries. I searched all of my emails for actual reviews & found only examples of rejected reviews where I reviewed shipping or the seller, which, of course, was a misunderstanding, because there was no other way for me to review the issue (no seller or shipping review option and no help from Amazon). Those violations were hardly severe, but WERE examples of customer dissatisfaction. I can see how the recent fake one was in violation, but where are the real ones actually left by me?? This is a terrible customer service issue. You dont just ban a customer who has A PROBLEM WITH PRODUCT/SERVICE. Besides, they approve all reviews; so just dont post them if the reviewer makes a mistake (shipping or seller problem). There are no options for customers to resolve the issue! They dont give you a chance to discuss or defend yourself and just cut you off; as a loyal high paying customer, this is insulting & terrible treatment. I have tried numerous times to contact Amazon review community, but nobody calls me or emails me, even though they promise me in chats that they will. Im assuming that more fake reviews (from imposter) were being posted but I have no way of knowing. ALL of my legitimate reviews were taken down, most of which were previously approved!. No one will help me or explain. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and spend hundreds on Amazon and no one will help me or respond to my issue.

      I ordered 5 items on Amazon. All at same time. It said I would get free shipping over $30. Instead Amazon charged me shipping on each item individually and also double charged/double ordered 2 items. And all this totals to $64.86 in shipping fees and double ordering 2 items.
