      Not happy with at all. Attempted to start divorce paperwork. Was not told if I changed my mind or filled out a questionnaire that I would not be refunded more than $20 on top of the $39.99 monthly fee. Still hasnt been fixed. Would like full $120 refund considering Ive not received any paperwork, I chose not to continue filing and asked them to stop even preparing the documents. They still continued to prepare documents after I asked them to stop. I changed my mind less than 2 days after signing up. I understand the membership fee cant be refunded. Didnt know that the questionnaire counted as a post purchase service. Was set up on a payment plan, was only supposed to be 4 payments of $39.95, got charged almost $80 for first charge. After I requested a refund. Would very much like a refund for the documents that I requested multiple times to be stopped in preparation. Manager refused to speak to me and just kept having the employee offering lowball refund amounts.

      Provided incomplete forms then would not assist me in figuring out how to fix their mistake and simply referred me to another paid service. I asked for either guidance on how to proceed or a refund. They provided neither. They said it was "too late" for a refund. At what point in the process can you access this so called money back guarantee?

      Not satisfied at all. Theyre refund policy states they refund fees except for the activation fee. I called and talked to someone and they shot me a random refund of 59$ which is a very odd number and makes no sense. Fraudulent company with terrible staff. Overpay for documents that arent even accurate. Would not trust with information you provide either.

      PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BE AWARE. I used their website trying to do a quick and simple divorce. Me and my spouse decided we wanted to work it out and not move forward. We reached out to the company and we been sending emails and calling. Never a response or when they do respond they will not respond back for weeks . Its been over a month and a half. Our money is still not refunded. They continue to lie about policies. All the customers service representatives are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They all are little to no help they will not help you and continue to throw fake policies in your face. This company is a scam and I strongly suggest if you put any of your information on their website. You should go run to protect your information. We are taking legal action against this company very soon. As we had proof our information was shared . I suggest you take legal action as well if you ever used this company. I highly recommend you contact a lawyer and **** SOMEONE NEEDS TO HAVE THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. USING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING SERVICE. THE DOCUMENTS ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND NOT EVEN REAL.

      I paid $189 dollars to them to file my divorce papers. Then they told me they couldn't help me. I asked for a refund. They told me they would only refund me $99. I only got $49 back.

      DO NOT DO NOT! Seek services with this company they will lie about the complete process from the start . Me and my partner relied on this company to help us with our divorce and it was a complete fail. They promise you it will only be certain $ amount then they bring up another $ amount for something random never telling you the absolute truth. We are so let down thank goodness I found out before we paid them any more money . Please don't be fooled by this company. Go elsewhere!

      Scammers. They charge 160 to enter and fill a questionaire, and 40 for an initial charge. They then will charge 450 to process papers. All of these things you can do easily yourself. The questionaire is exactly like divorce forms, and the 450 is basically them to mail out papers you can mail out yourself anyway. They are scammers to the core and should be taken off the internet.
