1 starI wouldnt go anywhere near this companynot even with a 10-foot pole. The first four weeks went smoothly and my initial forms were processed promptly. But the moment my monthly subscription expired, everything went downhill. Forms started taking weeks to be reviewed instead of the seven days they promised. They stopped answering my questions, no one was available to help, and now, after paying $598, they are essentially holding my spouses and my forms hostage.Three months later, we are nowhere near finalizing a divorce. The time, energy, and money Ive spent on these scammers have caused more headaches than anything else. The last communication I received from them was a tracking number, but according to ****, the sender hasnt handed anything over to the post office.If you want to speak to a representative, youre required to pay for another monthly subscription; otherwise, youll be left without answers. They drag out the process as long as possible just to keep taking your ******** yourselves a favor: go to your local family court, pick up a divorce packet, and use something like ChatGPT to guide you through it. It will cost far less money, and youll be divorced much faster than anyone who goes through OnlineDivorce.com.OnlineDivorce.com

Our records confirm that all services included in the purchased package were completed. The customers forms were generated based on their answers, their initial documents were filed with the court, service requirements were met, and we notified the customer of a discrepancy found in a document. The customers finalization packet was mailed, and a **** tracking number was provided.
Regarding support, our Terms of Use explain that the monthly subscription is optional; however, an active subscription is required to receive ongoing customer support.

1 starI wish I had checked this website first. These people had very "positive" reviews advertised on their website. It's only a means to draw poor new victims into their grasp! They offered a good cheap deal and then stole more money from me. And had the nerve to try and ask for me to start over again with more money! It was THEIR mistake not following through the first time around NOT mine! They took their sweet time, and used every excuse in the book NOT to finish filing your divorce papers for you just like they had advertised. These people are horrible. It took me threatening to get a lawyer or get legal on them for them to FINALLY get moving on what they were supposed to finish up WAY BEFORE I went on my summer vacation! Yeah right! "easy" is NOT how this company made things! They even used my spouse's notarized letter to them as ANOTHER REASON to DELAY my divorce process!! Terrible people!!!!OnlineDivorce.com

1 starI wish i could give negative stsrs....It has been 8 months and I am no closer to a divorce than the day I started. This scam of a company steals your money, patience, and precious time. I could have been divorced and on my way with my life. There is no amount of money that can cover the cost of heartache and trauma caused by this scam. The very least they can do is issue a refund for the services they failed to provide. But of course they won't and continue to refuse. The even closed my account with out me asking them to do so. They gave me options that were completely outrageous only because they are trying to make as much money off my loss and suffering as possible. Stay far far away..... Throughout the process, our team communicated with the customer and provided updated documents when issues arose.
The customer later requested cancellation of the service and the return of their documents, which we promptly completed. Their online account remains open and accessible with their active subscription. Our team only closes or deletes an account when a customer specifically instructs us to do so, which did not occur in this case.

1 starI paid $139 ($20 coupon) for an online divorce. I printed out the packet and we turned it into the **********************. The court rejected the paperwork at the submission counter. All the paperwork was incorrect. The forms were wrong, everything. At the court that day, we had to print out all the forms and fill them out by hand. I requested a refund and I was denied 3 times. The guarantees they give on their website are just straight out lies.OnlineDivorce.com

2 starsThere's no clear place for financial assets to be included outside of retirement assets. I did not receive a timely response to my emails to customer service about this issue. I'm also seeing that their questionnaire misses various information that my state asks to be included in the filing on their free filing site. Overall, I question the validity of this service and if I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours, I will be requesting a refund, and/or disputing this charge. I'm disappointed that I didn't check BBB sooner since I've provided lots of personal info and am now concerned that this is a scam.OnlineDivorce.com

1 starI have spent $706.01 with them and they refuse to do a refund. I emailed them to speak with their supervisor about the refund and how they did not follow through with any of the things I have purchased. I requested this refund way before the 30 day period and they decided not to go through with it. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. The "Supervisor" ****** sent an email saying that they tried to call me (I didnt receive a call) and he also said that they couldn't leave a voicemail because apparently I didn't give them permission, which I have never heard of before in my life. I then called them yesterday to speak to the supervisor and the guy that answered was super rude and disrespectful, I believe his name was ******. Well instead of transferring me to the supervisor he decided to argue with me and apparently acr as if he could solve the problem. Which he in fact did not. I will take legal action if needed, if I do not get a refund on all of the services I paid for with OnlineDivorce.com. This company not being registered with BBB should have been the first red flag and I definitely should have looked at the reviews before hand. This company is a complete Scam.OnlineDivorce.com
