      I paid $139 ($20 coupon) for an online divorce. I printed out the packet and we turned it into the **********************. The court rejected the paperwork at the submission counter. All the paperwork was incorrect. The forms were wrong, everything. At the court that day, we had to print out all the forms and fill them out by hand. I requested a refund and I was denied 3 times. The guarantees they give on their website are just straight out lies.

      There's no clear place for financial assets to be included outside of retirement assets. I did not receive a timely response to my emails to customer service about this issue. I'm also seeing that their questionnaire misses various information that my state asks to be included in the filing on their free filing site. Overall, I question the validity of this service and if I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours, I will be requesting a refund, and/or disputing this charge. I'm disappointed that I didn't check BBB sooner since I've provided lots of personal info and am now concerned that this is a scam.

      I have spent $706.01 with them and they refuse to do a refund. I emailed them to speak with their supervisor about the refund and how they did not follow through with any of the things I have purchased. I requested this refund way before the 30 day period and they decided not to go through with it. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. The "Supervisor" ****** sent an email saying that they tried to call me (I didnt receive a call) and he also said that they couldn't leave a voicemail because apparently I didn't give them permission, which I have never heard of before in my life. I then called them yesterday to speak to the supervisor and the guy that answered was super rude and disrespectful, I believe his name was ******. Well instead of transferring me to the supervisor he decided to argue with me and apparently acr as if he could solve the problem. Which he in fact did not. I will take legal action if needed, if I do not get a refund on all of the services I paid for with OnlineDivorce.com. This company not being registered with BBB should have been the first red flag and I definitely should have looked at the reviews before hand. This company is a complete Scam.

      This company is a total scam. They charge you the upfront fee and then keep causing delays so they can charge you a fee to extend the process, this has been a nightmare, nothing gets done.Stay away from this company.

      I am absolutely fed up with Onlinedivorce.com! I have been working on my divorce for a months now and I have made no real progress. After having filled out the initial paperwork, it was sent back for revisions that could have easily been corrected with an email. I went through the awful and arduous progress of having my soon to be ex resign the paperwork and sent it back via priority mail. Now, Onlinedivorce.com has no idea where my paperwork is! It has been two weeks since I sent it. I have paid aprox. $800 for the ****************** and filing fees, not to mention the monthly subscription costs. This company hides behind its Terms of Service and in my opinion, appears to be an absolute scam. You will not get a refund if you are unhappy with their services. They prey on heartbroken and scared people who can't afford a lawyer, in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE.

      This website is a just keep telling you things and prolonging the process and what you to pay online fee ., but they keep misleading missing up forms and charges things and not do what they say.,

      I regret using this service. I wasted my money and nothing was accomplished. When I asked questions specific to my case I received scripted answers that didnt address my issue. At one point I needed legal advice and I was told they couldnt advise me unless I renewed my subscription. Seriously? Now I have to hire an attorney. Dont make the same mistake I made. Just save time and moneyhire an attorney from the beginning!

      These people DO NOT honor their 30-day refund policy. I emailed requesting my refund after I reconciled with my spouse (2 weeks after I hired them). They had not yet provided ANY services. I went on vacation with my spouse, and when I returned I was informed that they called me 3 times and then dismissed my request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      This company is a complete scam. I paid almost ***** dollars for their help. I ended up having to go into the courthouse myself because I couldnt get a supervisor or case worker on the phone. They also charged me for the monthly service 1 month after I cancelled it. They are all incompetent and terrible people for scamming on innocent people trying to go through a traumatic experience of divorce. What a joke. I escalated it to the point where I told them I wouldnt stop. The supervisor did call me and told me that I was in the wrong and I would not be getting a refund. ****. You guys are trash.

      Utilized this service as an alternative route to paying an attorney and it was a horrible experience. They always find something wrong with the paperwork with results in them having to mail you the paperwork and you mailing it back. Overall inefficient and not work your money. Dont be tempted by the deals they offer. Im pretty sure the operation is ran by maybe 3 people and thats all.
