    I recently had two repairs through Porch Warrantyan HVAC issue and a leaky garbage disposaland I couldnt be more pleased. Their customer service was courteous and professional, and scheduling the technicians was quick and seamless. Both repairs were handled promptly with top-notch service.     Porch warrant is by far the worst home warrant company out there. *** had 2 claims filed with them and both times I had to come out of pocket. I was even told by one of the contractors they provided the porch analyst told them it was maintenance issue prior to investigating the issue. They use the maintenance tactic to prevent using the agency money to help fix the issue of their customers that keeps them in business. This is very shady and I hope everyone view my mistake of trusting them as a warning.

    Upon reviewing your account, it appears that the initial claim for your HV** in 2024 was a non-covered issue, meaning it was not eligible for coverage under your plan. The terms and conditions of your plan were sent to you when you originally purchased the plan and again upon renewal this month.
    It seems that you made several claims for the ** unit this year and were requested to provide proof of the original uncovered repair in order for us to provide coverage. This is standard practice according to your plan. Once you provided this information, an additional HV** claim was opened. That invoice was for a clogged condensation line, for which you paid your deductible, and we covered the remaining cost to the contractor.
    I hope this clarifies any misunderstandings that may have occurred. If you have any additional questions regarding your coverage, please refer to your coverage documents or feel free to reach out to us.

    A very annoying company that will not stop contacting me, and keeps soliciting me to pay for their service, and pry off of me as I move. I am a grown adult who can schedule my utilities and move. I didn't even subscribe to their emails or phone calls. Terrible 3rd party service. Might as well be scammers as nosey as this company is.

We show two phone call attempts happened – the first we were unable to reach you, and the second is where we were advised that you were not interested. We also show two messages were sent - one before we attempted you via phone to introduce our services and one 7 days ago, two days before we spoke directly to you. Since the most recent phone call interaction, we show no more attempts have been made to contact you via phone, email, or SMS and have unsubscribed you from receiving further communications.

    Ive been an HVAC contractor with Porch.com for over a year now, and Im honestly really disappointed with my experience. I was hoping to grow my business through their platform, but I havent landed a single job despite spending a lot of money on their lead generation services.The leads they send are just not reliable. Ive reached out to so many of these customers, only to hear them say they never contacted Porch.com or asked for any HVAC work. Its frustrating and makes me question where these leads are even coming from. Even stranger, Ive noticed that Ill get a lead from Porch at the exact same time I get one from Networxwith the same exact name and details. Something about that just doesnt sit right with me.When Ive tried talking to Porchs customer service ***** it feels like theyre more interested in selling me something new than actually helping me figure out whats going wrong. Its been a constant runaround, and Im left with no solutions and a much lighter wallet.I really wanted Porch to work out, but after losing thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it, ** strongly recommend other contractors steer clear. Save your money and look elsewhere for leads you can actually trust.
