I have a charge of $7.42 today (7-8-25) from Microsoft. I cancelled a subscription in my name and it doesn't show a charge. So, I went to my website host (GoDaddy) and contacted support and they have no record of ** 365 subscription through them. I had trouble in the beginning with Microsoft and they just keep doing whatever they want. I tried several times to contact them but they want me to ad and app to my phone which I WILL NOT DO. I want this money refunded and I want all subscriptions known or not CANCELLED. The only people with worse customer service is meta and the have none.Business Response

If you are unable to locate the charge using this tool, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer to dispute the transaction directly.

I am rejecting this response because: This is completely unacceptable and a terrible way to conduct business. You want me to inconvenience myself and waste my time when I provided proof of the charge. If you can't figure out where your money is coming from, it's no wonder you try to steal mine. I don't care about $8, what I do care about is integrity in a business and you have NONE. And if I find any further charges, I'll file a grievance with my state's attorney.

I purchased two game subscriptions from Microsoft. You're supposed to be able to download as many games as you can between each subscription you purchased, but when I tried to access the games I downloaded with the purchase subscriptions, it's telling me I have to purchase another subscription just to play the games I downloaded. I feel this was a scam, and I feel I wasted my money. I want my money back from the two subscriptions I purchased. This was not part of the deal when I purchased the subscription; this is not what I agreed to. I would like my concerns to be forwarded to a supervisor for a resolution. I tried reaching out to a customer service agent, and they weren't helpful. I would like to be refunded for the two subscriptions I purchased. The order numbers are e87306c1-92af-4e01-92c1-9b0245dd7a0b and2847353725. Dates are 1/24/2025 and 12/24/24. I'm just now noticing I don't have access to these games anymore.Business Response

Dear ***** ******.
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Better Business Bureau regarding your concern about the Microsoft ****** (MS ******* associated with your Xbox 360 account.
We understand how important this matter is to you. Please note that Microsoft transitioned from the MS ****** system to local currency in 2013. At that time, any unused MS ****** were automatically converted into your local currency and added to your Microsoft account balance. This balance was subject to an expiration policy, and if unused for a certain period, it may have expired in accordance with the Microsoft Services Agreement.
Unfortunately, once MS ****** or the converted currency balance has expired or been used, were unable to restore or refund those funds. Microsoft Support teams do not have the ability to override this policy.
However, if you believe there may have been an error or if you have documentation showing the balance was removed incorrectly, I recommend submitting a refund request or contacting Xbox Support directly for further review:

Microsoft's Minecraft had had multiple events that I had taken some part of. However with one event in December 2024, I was not able to recieve the final reward from said event and waited after similar issues with other friends in the area who ended up getting theirs. I know this is a small issue but two of them have had accounts lost forever because of no customer support and it's frustrating to see similar stories in forums online.Business Response

I have a Microsoft account under the email ************************ That account was suspended permanently on Xbox Live approximately a year ago. There was no explicit reason given for this. The email I received from Microsoft told me possible reasons of suspension, but didnt actually say what I got suspended for. I appealed the suspension and it was denied, once again without any explanation. I am requesting a reversal of this decision as I did not violate any policies and guidelines that Microsoft has set forth through Xbox Live, and because I have spent countless hours and money through that account.Business Response

This issue involves a service that I pay for. Specifically, I pay for Microsoft365 so that I have a place to store my family photos and videos, on OneDrive. I filed a complaint to ******** customer service because the software started moving some of my photos and videos to random places, and the chronology became completely messed up. On top of this, there is no feature that allows a user the option to customize by which characteristic their files are sorted, meaning by Date Taken, Date Modified, File Size, etc. This feature used to be present on their software but it has been removed. If this feature was still present, my issue would be solved, because I would be able to sort everything my Date Taken, which is the only accurate date saved. Otherwise, it is sorting by Date Modified, which has been bugging and turned nonsensical. My issue is with ******** customer service for having led me on these many months, sending me one automatic email a week with the same basic format: "Thank you for your email, I understand your frustration, we are still investigating your case, I will contact you again with updates." It does not matter what I say to them, it is always thhis *********** issue is that it is clear that they are not even trying to help me with this. I just want to watch my videos! I am so stuck because I have tens of thousands of photos and videos from me and my family, and it took me literal YEARS to sort through them from where they had lay scrambled over russian dolls of folders. All I am asking for is this simple customization feature, which EVERY OTHER PICTURE SOFTWARE HAS AVAILABLE!!!Business Response

Hello,
I apologize that I did not get back to the email you sent regarding the dispute about Microsoft OneDrive. I wanted to update that the resolution they provided me is outdated and the software has been lacking the option to sort photos conveniently by date, which has been the whole problem in the first place.
I hope this is the right place to provide you with this update. I apologize again for missing your prior email.
