I was charged for a Microsoft office subscription when I get the service for free from my educational institution. I have tried to call twice now for a refund and they are very rude. The first person told me to give a code to my bank for my refund. The second person was extremely rude and told me to call back to speak to a third person. I just want my $105.99 back.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Possibly consider retaining the employees so they can better assist customers when they cancel and call in during the 30 day periods instead of giving them a fake number to give to their bank for a refund.

      Sincerely,

      ******* Husband
