      Date 4/12-4/30 - 5/04/22 2022 Reason: i have Bought Microsoft's new Digital New Xbox **************** but its been RIDDELED WITH PROBLEMS Lagging Freezing Studdering No graphics in some games . it was not a Month Old i had it for 2-3 Weeks and after i done the Service Order for it sent it in and wait it TOOK THEM TILL 4/30/22 TO RECEIVE THE **** CONSOLE And they never sent me a Whole New Console in box that was a Wrong Move, i Declare Microsoft Ships me a New **************** if not i will go with a New Console. i Do NOT Care what The Policy says Ship it to me

      In mid ***** of 2022 I sent my Xbox to Microsoft for repairs. My warranty covered my repairs and I received my shipping information all in the same call with a service rep. I mailed my Xbox console off to Microsoft on 4/18/22 and received correspondence that my issue was with the hdmi port. I received confirmation that my Xbox was fixed and on its way back to me at the end of *****. I got my Xbox back in the mail in early May and everything seemed to be working great. My Xbox started experiencing the same video issue again that it had in *****, at the end of May 2022 . I contacted Microsoft again. This time around I have had to speak to several different service reps, each time receiving no real resolution to my problem. On 6/6/22 I received a new case number and was told that I would receive my shipping label, to mail my console back to Microsoft. The email never came! My repair is still covered under warranty, but, Im being told that I have to wait 24/48 hour to receive a shipping label via email (unlike the process in mid *****) . Im ***** the shipping label was sent to me while I was on phone call with service rep, compared to the 48 hours I am being told to wait now. The label is never sent after each of the six calls I have had to make recently. On the last call 6/13/22 with a rep she seen that I have been waiting for a shipping label for over a week and have made several calls to Microsoft. I also ask to be connected with Microsofts complaint department which she told me she couldnt do or give me a number for. She created another email and asked me to wait yet again 48 hours. Its now 6/17/2022 and I have yet to receive any shipping label or emails from Microsoft. This company has been so unprofessional with what should be a simple process.
