Case #:1038607774 ********** Tech support agent told me to contact the Microsoft store so they could send me a replacement cd/dvd key because my windows 10 was corrupted and would not launch. I then contacted the store and the agent said I needed to be transferred back to technical support to solve the issue. Then the phone was disconnected and no one called me back. I called the store again and they tried charging me to send me the replacement. They then said I would need to be transferred back to technical support for them to solve the issue. I been on hold for 20 plus minutes and no one is responding. I would like the promised Microsoft 10 cd/dvd with key mailed to me. Thanks for helping me solve this issue.

I was charged over 90 dollars for *** 2k22 2 days ago and I don't want it I didn't even play it more than a few moments... I screenshot attached I told 2k that I didn't agree with the terms of service because they sell your personal data to third parties in other countries, then the game said I cannot use it with Xbox live... That's why I haven't used the game with Xbox live ... Your terms say "As a limited exception, digital game products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days if youre unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, but only if you do not make or retain any copies." I DELETED IT OF MY XBOX SYSTEM So I satisfy ALL conditions of eligibility for a refund...

I was overcharged for a game. Total was only *****, but I was charged a total of ******, 3 charges was made to my bank account. My order number for this is **********. These transactions left my bank account negative from Saturday the 21st till Tuesday the 24th. I wasn't able to buy food or provide for myself. On their end, I only purchased the game once, but my bank account has 3 different transactions. These transactions are completed, they didnt reverse the 2 extra charges. So now my bank account amount is less than it should be. I had to file a dispute with my bank regarding this, it was the only way I've been able to receive help with my situation. I had contacted customer service multiple times and no luck. The agents I were able to speak to were no help. One conversation was over the phone and the Microsoft rep he was very rude and dismissive, he showed he had no care for my situation at all. The other interactions I had were on ******** and that was a nightmare. I had to reset the conversation more than once and the agents took forever to respond. Xbox customer service number forces you to use a web link and that link provided no help, so I wasn't able to get a call back from a rep at Xbox. I've been a Xbox member for about 15 years now and I've never had an issue such as this one before. Microsoft has their customer service set up to where it's almost impossible to receive help when there is a issue such as this, and it is insane. I even tried to call the Microsoft corporate office, and I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone, I called 8 times. I am a loyal customer with **********************, like I mentioned before it's been about 15 years since I have been a member/subscriber with their services. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when money is the root of the problem. I do believe it could have been just a glitch in the system. This has been extremely stressful and depressing situation for me. This needs to be addressed and fixed by their company.

A couple of months back my Microsoft 365 subscription expired. I am retired and not in the position to renew at this time.I understand not being able to create new files and such.At this time most of the features have been disabled,Now to force my hand all my files from years back have been blocked from any change. As these where created when my subscription was active it does not make sense that I can't make a change.I am guessing this might even fall under the definition of coercion.

On 05-23-22 my microsoft office stopped working on my lap top wth a message to activate. When I got on with technical support they stated the problem was that my Windows 7 was not supported anymore and i needed to buy windows 10 so I did. At a cost of $147.34, only to find out it would not and could not download to my computer. I never was able to download it and I want my money back. The problem ended up being totally unrelated to Windows 7 and I just had to make sure I was using the right Office account. I tried all day to reach a live person to chat with or on the phone and could not. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This is what happens when one company is a monopoly.
