      Support staff for company consistently makes claims of attempting to reach customer and leaving voicemail. No voicemail ever comes through and there re no missed calls on phone and in carrier logs. Phone has been checked by manufacturer multiple times and new number and service provider have been obtained but company is still unable to reach me.Had someone reach out to me after filing a report here, but they need to transfer case to business services, who never ended up reaching out to me.

      My son had Xbox I paid monthly for. Over a year ago he sold it and had not used account anymore. Microsoft still deducts ***** a month out of my account. Ive tried numerous times to cancel. They said they dont have enough information. But they found his account. They have my credit card number. I said my son doesnt know any more information to give them as he doesnt have the box anymore. I attempted many calls and they keep saying they cant cancel it. Id like a refund for a year of past withdrawals they took. My sons name is *************************.       We had the online gaming service through Microsoft for our Xbox. We decided to cancel the subscription in January 2022. I logged onto my Microsoft account to cancel the subscription but it did not show ** in my account. No information was given on how to contact Microsoft but I did find a discussion on their website on how to locate your subscription and cancel. I followed that but still couldn't find it. The article went on to say that if it doesn't show ** in your account then you have to have your bank cancel the charge. I contacted my bank, Wellsfargo, and they suggested I get a new credit card. We did but next month the charge from Microsoft was still there which is scary because we never gave them the new card number! I have been submitting these monthly charges as fraudulent to Wellsfargo. They refund my money after they wait the necessary period and they do not receive a response from Microsoft. Every month on the 17th, I get charged $10.74. I have been reporting these as fraudulent since February of this year. I want Microsoft to step up and stop charging me these monthly charges for a service we stopped.

      Microsoft is billing me $8.25 a month for something I tried to cancel the subscription thru their web-site and nothing happens. I also removed my debit card from their web--site and I got charged this month. Well Fargo is going stop payment but I wanted to see if you cloud help me with a refund and also mention to them to have a 800 number for customer support. Very bad customer support. They charging me for a ********************** and I do not have an Xbox.

      Hello, On April 16, 2022 i have purchased x2 Razer Laptops for my workshop under the Order # ********** and tracking number ***** 1ZY549V70265944997 I was very assured that purchasing from a large retail store like Microsoft, nothing could go wrong, however, I was proven wrong. My order for no apparent reason was NOT able to get delivered to me and was returned back to the sender due to Microsoft improperly shipping my order and it requiring a ''package release code'' as per ***.com tracking information. It took forever for it to return back to Microsoft and I was promised to get a refund upon delivery. The package has been returned back to Microsoft on May 9 and even SIGNED by Microsoft but I did not receive any updates or anything.. Please understand I never had possession of this package and *** was always the one handling it. I had no way of tampering with it. I have been waiting for over two months now for a resolution on my case, however, I did not get anything and now I am left without my items or my money. please help me resolve this issue. Thank you
