      10/15/2022 Microsoft went into my online account and took all of my saving $2000.00 dollars, when I did not know how they even knew how much that I had. I am not rich, like them, I made a mistake when I was making out my refund amount online, (which I do not thick I should have not done it , they should of had to do it ) and Instead of putting $300 I added the extra 0 . I would of paid it back it was a mistake but they took all that I had, can you do any thing to help me, please, thank you, *************************

      Thursday, October 13th 2022, I had attempted to sign in to, and play on my Xbox. Upon signing it said there was some error that needed to be fixed online. I had forgotten my password, so I attempted to recover the account. It says now that Ive had Too many attempts despite seeming dead accurate infor regarding my account, such as payment info, emails, even the device ID on the **********************. I have spent money on the gamer pass, Xbox live etc. and Im frustrated because I cannot get a hold of an ACTUAL person to better help me,as theyre automated system(s) are useless.

      I am being charged monthly for a service I am not using and I can't reach anyone to cancel the account. I do not know the account info and cannot get anyone one on the phone without it. I have been being charged for months and do not know what to do. The only information I have is the credit card number for the account being charged.

      I have been attempting to make a warranty replacement for weeks with Microsoft and every time I contact them there is another problem why they cannot process my exchange. They have told me it can only be done on credit not debit ok I gave them credit didn't work. They told me they had to escalate issues they would contact me in ***** hours no contact. Now they say their system is down yet they can take payment for purchases but cannot process a return. Then they told me they don't have any refurbished inventory to replace my device which is still under warranty! Every time they have told me the issue will be resolved I wait a few days and contact again and they ask me for all my information again and make me repeat myself and then give me another excuse.

      I opened a complaint against Microsoft , but they told me that I opened it in the wrong location, But thats not true, because the message is from BBB Great West + Pacific I need to reopen this case. I wasnt aware that you was waiting for me.       I have been trying to get in contact with customer service and it is impossible to have emailed communications or over the phone. I am not able to get any assistance with an urgent matter and keep running in circles trying to get in contact with Microsoft.

      I subscribed my daughter to Minecraft Realms last year in 2021. I have been trying to cancel my subscription unsuccessfully for months now and my credit card keeps being charged monthly. I go to my Microsoft Subscritiopns and my subscription is not listed for cancellation. As I searched ****** for a solution, I realize this is not an uncommon problem. Many people are being charged with no solution of how to cancel the active subscription. I used all avenues I know to cancel my subscription. Please help.

      My email was compromised and I am unable to access my Microsoft purchases. After 2 weeks of contacting them they are not resolving my issue and with holding thousands of dollars worth of merchandise I have purchased over the years. I have no access to the products that I own and am not receiving responses from them outside of automated emails and customer service will not assist me outside of those email responses.
