      My computer will not open Excel files or any files since I purchased it. They admitted it has a software issue. It is a new computer under warranty. They are trying to force me to sign up for a monthly subscription to obtain help. Transferring me to various, sketchy sounding reps in *********** with kids and dogs in the background attempting to get my banking information and charge me to repair this issue.

      My order with the Microsoft store was confirmed on November 12th and was supposed to arrive by the 15th. The package never showed up. This was not the issue as it could have been a courier problem.The issues I had started with being charged an incorrect price ($312 instead of $254). I tried to get it corrected and they basically said they are not going to. Then I contacted Microsoft and they could not find my order (it was placed with Microsoft store through instagram). Again multiple agents told me basically that there is nothing they can do. Currently, I am on the phone with Microsoft again and the agent is trying to contact the department that would take care of it. I feel as though this is disorganized but aside from that there agents couldn't be bothered to look into my problem before brushing it aside.

      I recently found XBOX LIVE PLAYERS NAMES HIDDEN IN MY WINDOWS SYSTEM WITH LIVESTREAM SIO NUMBERS AND BO NUMBERS ALONG WITH USER ADMIN ACCESS CONTROL WITHIN A 2G SWITCH THAT WAS STREAMING INFORMATION FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT INTO A WORK ACCOUNT. ID LIKE TO KNOW WHO REGISTERED THOSE NAMES USING XBOX LIVE SO THAT I CAN PURSUE CIVIL ACTION AGAINST THEM, AS I LOST MY HOME DUE TO **** TOOLS TO PENETRATE MY SYSTEM WITH THE FIVE XBOX PLAYERS I JUST FOUND WHILE PHYSICALLY DISABLED DT PLAYERS SHARING MY LOCATION TO SEND STRANGERS TO HARASS ME AND HURT MY PET WHO DIED FOR THANKSGIVING BECAUSE THE PLAYERS ALSO USED A DRONE AND GPS TO STALK ME AT THE **** NEXTDOOR TO MY HOUSE AND I NEED TO SEE IF IT'S MY NEIGHBORS WHO STOLE MY INTERNET SERVICE ILLEGALLY TO USE IT FOR XBOX TO HURT ME AND HACK MY BANKS WHICH POLICE WON'T RESPOND TO SINCE THEIR SERVICE EMPLOYEE HURT ME PERSONALLY AND THEY'RE FRIENDS SO WON'T SERVE ME WITH THE POWER OF SUBPOENA TO GATHER THEIR NAMES. IDK HOW LONG OR WHO'S SHARING INFORMATION BUT IT'S PROBABLY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, **** OR THE *** FORCE AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE HOUSE I ESCAPED FROM DT DRONES AND THEIR PW SHARES AND DOG ABUSE.       I had my Xbox account banned and my Xbox that I paid $400 dollars for and content worth more than $800 on that console that is no worthless. There is no reason given for the ban and now Im out of not only my account but the Xbox itself can not e used. I allowed someone to use my Xbox while I was gone and whatever took place got my system banned. I work hard for my money and cant afford to re buy any of that over. Banning a console requires me to have to buy another which I cannot. Banning my account requires me to buy all the purchases over which I cannot.       September 1st, 2022 - My controller was lost in the mail from the warranty claim with Microsoft. The package never made it out to me, it was lost at a ***** Center.I have filed a claim with *****, but they won't reimburse me since they are not the shipper; Thus Microsoft has to file a lost claim with them, not me (I have provided this information many times and haven't had a response in a month).So, I filed a claim with Microsoft, it has been with them since September 6th. I have not had any action on getting my controller replaced. I have provided the following documentation multiple times:Proof of Ownership - Receipt with $179.99 Elite Series 2 controller ***** Claim - They will not reimburse, they agreed the package is indeed "lost"Serial to the device that ******************** themselves shipped to me Warranty Ticket outlining my device and that it is in warranty Microsofts tracker shows the device was never ***************************** Warranty Support knows what exact device was being returned to me from warranty, (enrolled to my Xbox account as well), and they have seen their own ***** tracker. Even ***** has deferred to LOST in its tracker after a certain amount of time. So both parties know the device has not been received by me the customer for over 87 days. I have yet to have a new device refunded to me or a new one sent.I have provided all the info need but no response; now customer support is not picking up phone calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not call back on set-up callback times. I have paid for a controller and a warranty and now I have not received that controller and my warranty has expired within this 90-day timeline.

      I have a subscription to Microsoft Office which is automatically renewed in November. On November 15, 2022, I was automatically billed $74.88 for my subscription but am unable to access my subscription and I believe it is because I changed email accounts but there is no one to talk to about my issue. The phone number given *************) simply says to go to help.Microsoft.com to resolve your issue. This is unacceptable because the problem I am having is not one of the choices. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you!

      - Purchased an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 with extra warranty on 1/28/2022 (Receipt.pdf).- Paid $173.10 - Business should provide a warranty, and has processed replacements in the past due to issues with the device. On 10/6/2022, I initiated another service order for a replacement. I received no response from Microsoft even though they required a return of the device within 30 days (Device_ReturnProcess.pdf). I called their support on 10/21/2022 and spoke with their agent ***. After 1 hour on the phone, no resolution on the service order was reached, and Microsoft clearly makes it difficult for a resolution to happen which means they do not honor their warranty. The order is still open and the process still has not begun by today (11/28/2022). The warranty information states that it is still covered for 2 more years (Device_WarrantyInfo.pdf).- Looking for refund on both the device and the warranty at minimum ($173.10).       I made a Xbox purchase through instagram ( confirmation) *************** the order was placed on NOV 21, and I was informed by ***** that it was delivered, however, the order was delivered to the wrong place (the picture that was sent by ***** was from a different house) my address was correct. Contacted several times, *****, and instagram and I was told to contact the Microsoft. Then I was told by microsoft that nothing can be done. I have proof that the deliver was made to the wrong place and screenshots of both ***** and Instragram advising me to contact Microsoft directly.I was on hold for more than 1 hour and the call was disconnected.

      I sent my Xbox x in for repairs because it kept shutting off well when I sent it in I sent the controller the cords and everything with it they sent me back only the console not controller no cords nothing it took me forever to get in contact with someone which I eventually did they said they would fix the problem and never did I still have no controller like Im getting to a point where I dont even want this **** thing like how hard is it to send a **** remote controller that they kept I spoke with a ***** q a relationship manager who said he would make it right and get me a controller sent and its been a month now still nothing my patience is running out all I want is a **** remote that they held

      my xbox account is locked and it says i need to fix it on the web. its been just over 2 weeks not since my xbox account got locked and i have not seen any signs of a resolution to the problem. My xbox gamertag is xLomax7 and my email for the account which is locked is chloel-********************* i have followed all steps they have given to me and have gotten no where. this whole process has gotten incredibly frustrating as i have done nothing wrong and there is no form of communication to get this situation sorted. i have spent alot of money on xbox and not getting access is very frustrating. the level of transparency from mircrosoft has been shocking and i will look for further action to fix this issue as i am not in the wrong. I look forward to your response and fixing this problem
