      I can't get past the "continue" button on Microsoft Teams not only on my iMac desktop computer but also the M1 Macbook Pro. I keep pressing continue at the "personal" drop down screen and nothing happens!       I bought an Xbox controller and it came with a code inside it for a 14 day trial to a subscription service. They do not expire. I never used the code. I recently lost my job and could no longer afford to pay for the service so I wanted to redeem my code that I had had for so long. I go to redeem it and it says it has already been redeemed. This is impossible. I am absolutely positive that I did not nor did anyone else redeem the code after I purchased this brand new from target. on their customer service chat site I explain everything to the guy and I provide my receipt and everything else he had asked for to be told that they wont honor it, because its been 30 days since i redeemed. They dont understand what Im telling them, either that they are playing dumb. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy refuses to put me through to one. His employee ID number is *********. I just want my trial offer to be honored like it should be. Its honestly crazy Im having to do all this.

      Microsoft will not accept my existing login or password information. I know that I have the correct password since it is the one that is securely stored on my application. I have tried resetting the password and it will not accept the new password either. I have tried to contact Microsoft via phone, but they appear to have zero phone support. I have tried to use their online chat and text, but you must be logged into an account in order to interact with them. Since I can't log in to my account, I can not get support to get the issue resolved. I am so sorry to have to bother BBB with this silly request, but well you can see that Microsoft has earned a 1 star out of 5 with the BBB. That is something they will have to own. Anyway, I have an active microsoft subscription which I have paid for but can not use. Please have someone at this business call me immediately via telephone. If they miss me, they should leave a direct telephone number where I may reach them quickly. I have no time to talk to their computers which routinely disconnect calls and hang up on paying customers. So sad.

      I am rejecting this response because this the same response they provided back in December. 

      No one has ever contacted me about this issue. Talk is cheap. Microsoft has not acted. I am requesting that someone from the BBB reach Microsoft to ask why no one has contacted me. I realize BBB is not able to force a business to contact me. However, they have written two times now that someone would reach me. I assume they are acting in good faith. Here is the response back from Decemeber.

      Please ask them to call me at ************ which is what I asked for in the initial submission two months ago. It is amazing that we are two months in and this has stalled out. I will be on vacation from January 22 through early February. ************** could be delayed during this time.

      Instead of providing canned responses that are never acted upon, it would be better to pick up the telephone and contact the consumer in a very personal, intentional manner. While the BBB can not force a business to use the telephone, a respectful, professional "nudge" by BBB is clearly overdue. Otherwise, the business will continue to provide canned responses that lack good faith.

      On or about 12-6-22 --- via Microsoft's main Website --- I purchased (& downloaded) with my US ********* Debit Card a copy of Microsoft's "Windows-10" (laptop) Operating System for $32.99. However, said "Windows-10" download did NOT function at all; in fact, it was NOT compatible with my "Windows-7 Home Premium" based laptop computer. As such --- again via Microsoft's Website --- I immediately demanded a FULL REFUND of my $32.99 via Microsoft's online "CHAT ROOM" worker, "*************************", who assigned CASE NO. ********** to my demand for REFUND. However, ************************* REFUSED to refund said money by claiming that I should have known that "WINDOWS-10" might not be compatible with my above-described laptop. Furthermore, ************************* said that I had used inappropriate LANGUAGE during my (online) demands for a full REFUND. (End)

      Microsoft has locked my account ********************** and their email explained that someone might has accessed my account. All my personal and business documents are inaccessible on their One Drive. I have followed the procedures to get my account unlocked and received absolutely no support. I only received an automated ticket number that someone would respond. The first ticket is to unlock my account, SIR12131851. Second ticket is to retrieve all my data from their One Drive, PRV0128402. Microsoft support number ************** has no live support agent and only refers back to its technical support website. Microsoft has held all my digital information hostage.

He is an incapacitated adult with multiple disabilities including Autism. He can easily be manipulated and subjected to exploitation.
