      I began purchasing Microsoft Office since 2021. Recently, after another ** update, I cannot now access Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or Publisher on ANY OF MY DEVICES. My work as a Church administrator requires me to use several devices. I found it unsual that ALL my devices have been corrupted and unusable. I have made several attempts to solve this using ** automated system all to no avail. It was at this time I came to realize how aggressively ** seeks to avoid helping their customers and have chosen to leave us at the mercy of their AI. I am left paying for a product I am being restricted (via their automation) from using.

      I've been suspended or banned 11 times by Xbox/Microsoft for using gamerpics that are completely harmless, appropriate, and-most importantly - approved by ***'s own system. My most recent ban was for a gamerpic of a dog wearing glasses and a wig. That's it. Nothing offensive, no violence, no ******, no hate. Each time I'm banned, I file an appeal- and every time I receive a denial with no details. The enforcement history says: "No details are available at this time." I am never shown the image that allegedly violates the rules. I know what I've uploaded and nothing I've used should trigger a suspension, especially when Xbox approved them for use in the first place. To make matters worse I pay for Xbox Game Pass, and these suspensions restrict me from communicating, playing multiplayer, or uploading media. I am being locked out of services I pay for with no clear reason or explanation, which feels like a violation of consumer trust and fairness. Meanwhile , I regularly see gamer pics with guns, drugs and explicit content go unpunished. I follow the rules, and yet I keep getting banned for things that are clearly not violations. I'm asking Microsoft/Xbox investigate this pattern of unjustified suspensions, restore full access to my account, and provide actual transparency going forward.

      Cannot talk to real person when dealing with an old personal Microsoft Family Subscription trying to renew on a closed Microsoft PERSONAL account. You cannot change password on a closed account. Research will show there is NO activity on the O365 family subscription for email, onedrive, or MS **** in over 2 years.I stopped using Microsoft 365 **** years back because of problems and yet I cannot stop the subscriptions from renewing. I cannot contact everyone since you have to LOGIN. (catch22). You cannot login to a closed account. I have spent hours trying to contact them to fix this and they do not offer support via a form or phone support (or else it is buried so no one can find it.)I found a place on the MS site where you can verify the account: You type in both the email and or phone associated with the account and it comes back we cannot find that account or phone associated with any account, thus I am unable to reset the password.       Thank Microsoft for their response however, what they proposed DOES NOT WORK FOR ME.  I have already done what they suggested using their site multiple times and spent hours trying with no success.  

      What I realize now:  I need help from a Microsoft supervisor or manager so I can regain access to my personal ** ************** I can prove this is my account and yet am being prevented from regaining access via the website.  I also have researched and found that I have a current ** 365 subscription running but have not used it or had access to it.  So, this account should not be closed.  I have had this account for years and have other purchases in this account for multiple ** ********* system upgrades (pro and workstation).

      Please give Microsoft my personal physical street address (from this complaint)  and so they can check to see what items have been purchased.  Also, with the struggle I am having,  I am now thinking this account may been compromised again and, IS being used by someone else.  This kind of situation cannot be handled by the website.  I will be happy if I am wrong. 

      Yet there seems to be something wrong with THE LINK inside my email renewal.   Is Microsoft aware that that when persons click the MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS BUTTON in the renewal email (below), it sends and redirects the user (me) through ********* (ie..***********************************************?..) before I get to the Microsoft Login screen? Why should a personal ** account use a business/education account ** ********* link?

      Could this be a past problem resurfacing?  Why? This is not the only time that I have sought help from Microsoft.  Years back in **************************************************************** account even though none of the purchases were made by them for our home devices. We have receipts. 

      My work previously suggested that I was using ** business/education **** on my personal devices and so I stopped using any ** **** in early 2022 at home.  So no Outlook, no Word, no Excel, no OneDrive, etc since 2022.  My work supplied a ** 365 business/education subscription to use on my work machine.  I never used **0356 business for personal work.  Do you know how hard that was?   

      I have the previous case number and proof to share with the ** *********************** appreciate any help.

      I received CB from Representative ****** Friday 08/01/2025 @3:09pm est. Per Representative I did not receive any vm messages from you, I did get your email per Representative I was locked out of my account?

      my account from when i was a kid for all my microsoft games (where i have spent money) sea of thieves , minecraft etc. was hacked. When i attempted to prove ownership with the same email and credit card details as well as other consoles that have had my account on them in the past they told me they are going to permanently suspend the account. I have sent the requested information several times hunting down xboxes from my childhood I was logged into. This account was made around 12 years ago. I have correspondence between Microsoft and me prior to the account being stolen and locked. Look at the prior attempts and use the information I have sent prior. The route suggested has not worked other than getting the account locked.

      Today on 7/24/25 at about 7:00 PM i was browsing the dlc i owned on my xbox 360 and saw that i could explore the "store" and i understand that the "store" was shutdown, however if we players are allowed to purchase dlc then there should be no problem giving you our money to purchase the games that you can also search, i have a screenshot showing proof, where you can search games and attempt a purchase however it wont go through since the "store" is no longer there all im seeking is a code or a way to pay for a digital copy of minecraft xbox 360 edition, as trying to find a working physical copy in this day and age is a pain as of the aforementioned date, this is my 4th attempt purchasing a physical copy of minecraft and it not working

      Thank you for contacting Microsoft Corporation via the Better Business Bureau regarding your attempts to purchase Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition. We understand how frustrating it must be to encounter repeated issues while trying to enjoy a game you love.

      As of July 29, 2024, Microsoft officially closed the Xbox 360 Store and Marketplace. This means that new purchases of games and downloadable content (DLC) directly from the Xbox 360 console or its online store are no longer supported. While the store interface may still appear accessible, transactions cannot be completed.

      Unfortunately, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition is not part of the backward compatibility program, and therefore it is not available for digital purchase through newer Xbox storefronts or the Xbox website. We recognize this creates a challenge for players seeking digital access to legacy titles.

      At this time, the only way to obtain Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition is through a physical copy, though we understand these are increasingly difficult to find. We recommend checking with reputable retailers or verified resellers for availability.

      We truly appreciate your passion for gaming and your continued support. If you have any other questions or need help with alternative Minecraft versions or platforms, wed be happy to assist.

      I am rejecting this response because: You can indeed still purchase DLC from the xbox 360 market place, as i purchased all of my dlc for Fable 3 from the xbox 360 marketplace as they were cheap to purchase via that method, so if i can purchase those, then it stands to reason there is a way to purchase the full game somehow, or someone somewhere at microsoft can produce a code for it, and as far as checking with local and reputable resellers it is near impossible to find a working copy let alone a copy because of the store shutting down everyone else who wants to play  minecraft xbox 360 version had to get a physical copy, and as far a reputable resellers no one carries the older games anymore as there is no profit in it. and that is the problem i am having in trying to find a working copy, and microsoft should just cancel the interface all together if it is unusable as they claim, so that way no one will experience the false hope that i have. attached is the price difference bettween what i paid for it on the "360 store" and what it costs on the current xbox store page for the game, i was able to purchase dlc's on the xbox 360 for cheaper than the current store, so it stands to reason i should be allowed to purchase a full game or either be awarded or offered a code for sell from someone somewhere at microsoft to purchase

      In 2018 I purchased Microsoft Word to do a resume. The computer I used has long since been sent to a scrap heap and the crdit card I used also no longer exists. every year, however, Microsoft charges my new credit card $74 for Word. I would love to discuss this with them but apparently no one with a pulse works at Microsoft. Calling the Microsoft number results in a recording that tells you to go to their website, then terminates the call. The website requires you to "prove" your identity by several things, such as providing subject lines of 3 emails that you have written, passwords that you have used, etc,. How does Microsoft have acssess to information like this at all anyway? Then you get a pop up saying you haven't proved your identity and try againg another day. I have spent literally months trying to access someone to no avail. It can't be this hard to get a pilots license. I am at my limit of knowing how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any help.       My Xbox account was permanently banned on January 15, 2025, for allegedly violating Microsofts community standards. I was never provided with specific details about what actions or behaviors led to this ban. I submitted an official appeal through the Xbox enforcement website, hoping to receive clarity or a chance to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my appeal was denied without any explanation or evidence, and no further appeals are allowed.This account represents years of my time and hundreds of dollars spent on games, subscriptions, and digital content. I believe this ban was issued unfairly or without sufficient cause. Despite multiple attempts to get information and resolve this through official channels, I have received no meaningful response.I am requesting a second review of my account suspension or, at minimum, a clear explanation of the specific violation I allegedly committed.       I appreciate that Microsoft acknowledged my complaint and stated that a senior member of their account and billing team would investigate the matter. They also mentioned that I would be contacted directly once they received a response from that team. Since I have not yet been contacted or received a resolution, I am not satisfied at this time and would like to keep the case open. I understand they may still be working on it, and Ill be waiting for their follow-up. Thank you

      After a thorough investigation regarding the suspension placed on account associated to email address *********************** please note, the account was suspended for engaging in the manipulation of Xbox services. This activity can include, but is not limited to: 

      -Using unauthorized software to make changes to your account, game saves, or interact with Xbox services in an unauthorized way. 
      -Unlocking achievements, prestige level, in-game ranks, or other content the account did not earn.
      -Manipulating the followers or other data related to friends and followers through unauthorized software or unauthorized interactions with Xbox services.
      -Manipulation of game clips and screenshots through unauthorized software or unauthorized interactions with Xbox services.
      -Interfering with or manipulating the network traffic of your devices or the devices of others. 

      Cheating and/or tampering with accounts and devices disrupts the game for other players and diminishes their hard work and dedication. Xbox Live should be fun and safe for everyone. To ensure that players continue to have a positive experience, we cannot allow these kinds of violations on the service, therefore, the suspension will remain in place.

      I am rejecting this response because: I find this unfair because the violations that were listed that I am being accused of committing, I have never committed not a single one of them. I have never Manipulated the Xbox services because one I dont even know how to do that and too I wouldnt ever do that anyways the only thing I can possibly think of me doing on that account which may have been taken the wrong way is when I used a couple days to completely grind out games for gamerscore Which I used ******* guides to do. which is completely legal because I still played the games I never cheated on any games or anything.
