Dear Microsoft,I recently purchased an Xbox Elite Controller and unfortunately, I have encountered an issue with the * button. Despite numerous attempts to fix it, the button simply does not respond. I understand that technical issues can arise from time to time, however, I am disappointed to find that there is no email address provided for customer support.Instead, I am required to spend a considerable amount of time sitting on hold waiting for a representative. As a busy individual, this is a major inconvenience for me. My website geekteam.com has not been showing up on Bing,com for the past several years but it shows up on all other search engines. In fact when I do a search for geek team on bing.com, the address and phone number for Geek Team in displayed along with our ***************** and Linkedin Profiles for the business but another website address called geekteam4hire.com has been associated with it instead which is very concerning. I have attached screenshots for your reference. When I do another search for the actual hostname geekteam.com, it does not come up in search results on Bing.com. I am rejecting this response because: once again nobody from Microsoft has reached out to me and they did not provide a name or contact information and are insulting me by giving me a link to their useless support site and a phone number that is for product support. I have submitted several tickets with support and have gotten no help which is why I filed this complaint in the first place. The phone number provided is useless it is just for the regular Microsoft support line for their products not a real human being that I can talk to regarding my issue.My website was wrongfully de-indexed by Microsoft which is very concerning. It seems it was de-indexed because I have a competitors product listed on my website -- ****** that I also provide support for in addition to Outlook. Our website was de-indexed as soon as Bing detected that we ranked high for Outlook support. This is an unfair business practice. I have filed multiple support tickets and have just been give the run around. I was told they have to wait 3 months since I filed a support ticket for the Bing team to review it. I don't even know what date that would be. I feel I am just going in circles and they are doing it intentionally. They keep asking me to re-submit support tickets. I have already submitted several support tickets and have at least 100 back and forth emails and each time when I prove to them there are no issues they tell me to submit another ticket and I go through the whole process again. This is starting to become abuse.
I have been pushed out of business by Microsoft and this is causing me financial losses. This is malicious, hateful and with ill intent.
Please note, I have a 6 year old child that lives with me that I also support and this is causing us financial pain.
If someone from Microsoft does not reach out to me by Friday Jul 7th, I am considering filing a police report against Microsoft for theft of data and for holding my website hostage and acting in bad faith. This is not what you would expect from a fortune 500 *************** and it is really unfortunate that Microsoft refuses to help a small woman business owner in tech and has basically pushed me out of business.
Please have the Bing webmaster team review my website for indexing and re-index the site immediately. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I have reopened this case at least 10 times and at no point did anyone from Microsoft reach out to help me and nor did the anonymous person responding to the BBB complaint provide their name or contact info which is very concerning. We just keep going in circles with one line answers from Microsoft saying someone will reach out and to contact their product support line. You can't reach Microsoft legal department by calling the support line or get help with a website being wrongfully delisted by Bing webmasters. The phone number provided is not for Bing Webmaster tools or the engineering department.
I would like to send a certified letter to Microsoft andI specifically asked who it should be address to and the mailing address it should be mailed to and I still have not gotten an answer.

I am rejecting this response because I got a support ticket from Microsoft on August 18, ***************************************** within 2 business days and there was no contact. I just responded to it like I did for the other one that was sent to me and I highly doubt they will respond."Weve logged a support request and will contact you. Four requests were emailed by Microsoft since since I filled this complaint back in May but nobody from Microsoft has reached out. I have attached two screenshots for your reference.
Again we just keep going in circles.

I am rejecting this response because eventhough Microsoft has finally re-indexed my website they have suppressed my hard earned ranking. My website was ranking in the number one and two spots for the keyword "Microsoft Outlook Consultant" and now it has gone to ZERO. This is just wrong on many levels. I deserve to be in the number one and two spot because I have been helping people on Microsoft Outlook since ************************* the Microsoft System Builder program building custom computers and selling them to school kids going to college and I even sold to ************** for their computer lab and I am a Microsoft Partner. My website was de-indexed from Bing right after it was ranking in the number 2 spot for the keyword "Microsoft Outlook Consultant" as is evidenced by the graph in Bing Webamster Tools. I can't even access Bind Webmaster Tools anymore, I just tried to login and my password was not working, I reset it and it is asking me enter the code that was sent to Microsoft Authenticator which I have never used to login to Bing Webmaster Tools and it is not giving me any other workaround option to login.1) Please remove the authenticator login that is coming up when I try to login into Bing Webmaster Tools using *************************** .
2) Please remove the blockage on the Keyword "Microsoft Outlook Consultant". Just because I also help people with ****** products does not mean it is okay for you to block my website from ranking high for the Keyword "Microsoft Outlook Consultant". People who use Microsoft Outlook are not interested in ****** Workspace, just like people that use Windows are not interested in Macs or Chrome. It is just a small percentage of people that use ****** compared to Microsoft. I help people with both and it is mostly non-profits that I help with ****** Workpsace because it is free but the majority of my clients are on Outlook and Microsoft 365 and I am an expert at Outlook, I have even solved problems for companies that Microsoft tech support has not been able to.

April 10 - I purchased a new Minecraft game after microsoft/minecraft lost my old game and did not get back to me when I put in a help ticket.April 16 - I managed to recover my old Minecraft account and requested a refund for the one that I bought. April 17 - refund request was rejected by Microsoft. Their refund policy for game bought clearly stated 14 days. I was only 6 days in. A few days ago on 4/18 or there abouts my Xbox account was stolen from me and the email on said account was changed to a ******* .ru extension. I contacted Microsoft Corporation Support after several attempts. When I finally made contact, I was directed to provide my phone number and wait 5 minutes for a return call. The call from, what I was told was from Microsoft phone number was from ************. In all, there were four transfers to four individuals with what I believe were Indian Accents. I was informed that it would cost me $499 to download a copy of Visio 2016 Standard Edition, when I can purchase Visio 2021 Standard Edition for $309. I stated that I already own the key for Visio 2016, my PC had crashed several months ago. I was then asked to provide my Key to the software, which I did, and was told the key had already been used. I responded that it was that I used the key. To this I was told I needed to provide a credit card for $499, I said no and the person hung up.Case Numbers: ********** ********** ********** What i stated to Microsoft was "My PC crashed a few months ago. I loaded Vision 10 professional, which is obsolete. I found my key for Visio 2016 standard edition. Because of my job I generally do not have internet access, so web-based software is not a solution for me. I'm a disabled veteran who has memory issues so remembering things is hard to do. I've been paying a monthly fee and an annual fee for longer than 2yrs. I have not used this service since. I've changed my cc 4 times in the last 2yrs I've called Microsoft help about this charge and was laughed at, told my claims are impossible and I asked for the account info I was put on hold and hung up on. There is a que that you have to wait in that was a 20hr wait time. I was called 3 times at 1am and no one answered. For several months, I have been encountering problems with my Hotmail email account, which is managed by Microsoft, specifically with regards to its storage capacity. As a result, I have not been receiving any new emails, and some of my old emails containing important files have vanished. Despite deleting hundreds of emails, my inbox still shows no available space. a glitch through xbox one s cost me $65.93. I bought Call Of Duty Cold War through the online app store on 11/29/2020. The game recently did an update but after it updated, it said I need to purchase the game. I have been working with the Flight simulator support team for a few weeks now. I am being told it is my ** and that i cannot escalate anything to a manager to get help. I am requesting a full refund on all planes and game i bought. The sim started freezing during update 6 and i have not been able to play it since then. I have gone to the reaches of created a ******* video which shows the issue. I am being told its my machine but everything is new and checks out. I have even reset the ** just in case. The amount of non caring during this chat i have attached is infuriating my account ********************* has been suspended from the msft forums i because i have been seeking and trying to get help for since update 6. I am being told i am too hostel. I think someone from MSFT needs to really hone in and figure out why people are being silenced for this issue. The sim loads fine but once you get in it freezes 5 to 10 seconds the whole time you play which makes it unplayable. I have invested a good amount of money into the game so i expect every single cent to be returned since no one seems to know what is going on at MSFT Games. If nothing can be reached then we will need to go down another road.Business Response
