I cancelled my 365 ***************** subscription last month (end of January) and cancelled recurring billing to my debit card as well. This month (February 25th) I was charged the amount again, even though Ive already cancelled the subscription and the recurring billing. The website says its cancelled (the subscription and the recurring billing). This is a screenshot from the email that I received when I purchased the game on the Microsoft store as stated in the email I received. When I initially bought the game I had no issue with it crashing or causing the Xbox one s I had to malfunction but after I took a year long break from far cry 6 I returned to help a friend but this time on a Xbox series s that's when I started encountering the issue with the malfunction and game crashingBusiness Response

Hi, My Name is ****. I am a Customer of the **********************. Not more than 6 months ago decided to Play this "Free" Digital Game on the Xbox: "The Four Kings Casino and Slots". At First I liked it with the Entertaining Graphics and Realistic Slots; but as Time past... month after month, I noticed something a bit Odd about this Game.. it seemed as though I was losing all the Time no matter what I did. Now, I was forced into "Buying additional Chips to ****** with. I thought the Games were either Rigged or it was Something that I was doing. Oddly enough, asked for a Refund for a few Chip Packs that I Purchased and was Granted; but I really did not feel right accepting them. The Refund Option is Automated in that, You don't have to talk to anybody to get the Refund from the Microsoft.com. FYI: Refunds are only available for a Short Time, besides, getting Refunded for Chip Packs really do nothing more than engage Us in more Game Play and loses. I had no idea what was at work here with this Game. After hearing other Gamers Experiences and such I knew then that I had been had. This is so Embarrassing really.We have spent Hundreds of Dollars on this Game and hardly come close to achieving the Objective. To achieve the Objectives, You need a lot of Chips to play with. After You Pay for Chips, the Winnings do happen for a bit but then it's over and it's Time to lose hand over Fist! The Proof is in the Pudding! Then the Cycle starts all over again! Promoted and Forced to Buy additional Chips or try to make it on Your own from the Bottom Up. This is extremely Unfair to any Trusting Gamer and gives Me a Bad, Bad feeling.. Gambling is an Addicting, low-down Dirty Habit and should not be Promoted or allowed on the XBOX. I know that I was Ripped off and I know i'll be Ripped off again if I decide to Buy additional Chips to ****** with. Also, I have tried to Contact this Company about this affair with no luck. Hi. Just a few more bits and pieces about this Business. I have been trying to Contact the Business for Months about the Pay2Play Function through the Xbox. The 2-3 E-mails that I chose to use, were found on their Web Site [digital leisure.com] and seem to be Inoperative, though I did get a Response recently from some *** Individual. I am not at Liberty to speak to them about this Matter by Myself or on the Ph. I know the Way these Convo's go.... really! I find this to be Insulting as a Customer who actually Pays them with U.S. Currency. I really do not know what more to do about these Financial Loses, I'm thinking about just accepting it.... and, if U were wondering - Yes, Purchasing these Chip Packs was My Decision; but the Crux of My Complaint is: We are Tricked into Purchasing these Chip Packs and the so called Ad-ons as We reach the Game Objectives and the Game Progresses. As much as I like this Game, I can not accept these Loses based Upon Understanding I am being Ripped Off. More info.-FYI: These are Multiple Chip Packs Purchased over a 6 month duration, if You don't know. There is no cost for the digital game itself. Chip Packs can be Purchased at any Time during the Game to Boost Your Probability of reaching the Game Objectives or just to have a bit of Fun in the Simulated Casino. For Ex.: If the Gamer does not Wish to ****** to the Top, a Chip Pack may be Purchased for 5's, 10's, 20's and 50's. Chip Packs vary in Quantity also. The Problem I have with this Game is that the Objectives are far Fetched and there is no Value of the Chips You Win or Buy. Our Rank is demoted time after time and We are expected to Re-achieve the same Objectives of Casino Life. It's an addicting Game that entails a real life Disorder and It's Fake. I don't like it a bit-Gambling is a Disease and many Americans suffer from it. I do not think this Game should be Promoted to Our Youth or anybody else that has a Gaming Console. I do not Correspond with this Business-this is the first I ever recieved an E-mail from Microsoft Support. My Xbox Account has not been Credited and I love how this Business Introduces themselves and talks to Me as a Human Being. MICROSOFT BING Emailed me and stated they cannot remove my address from the related search I submitted to you. This all started from Bizapedia they put my trademark Infromation on the internet without my consent that had my address Bizapedia was contacted in the past they updated the trademark information by stating " address removed by request of trademark owner "They updated on their website, However, the address continue to appear on the related search page, Microsoft Bing said they cannot remove it. and to contact who expose it that would be Bizapedia. Bought a game by accident, tried to play it due to the listed refund policy saying that a game with little play time can be refunded, requested about one day after I purchased. It says this in three different places in the policy on the refund page. **************** AI bot denied it and a representative escalated it for me to be denied again because the xbox game was played (for a very little amount of time). This goes against what is listed and the only reason i tried the game out. Played for approximately 1 hour which is less than 1% of play time for the overall length of the game and the intro to the game is an unskippable ***** minutes. I have sent screenshots of the policy to the email that came to me without any reply. Posting complaint here and if theres no response or action or longer explanation of why I can't receive a refund or just store credit then I will be forced to do a credit card chargeback due to not following policy listed. I mentioned store credit to multiple representatives on the phone but they have no power to do anything but walk you through simple tasks.Business Response

I received an email from microsoft that I paid $***** for a 365 subscription.to be renewed on feb 19 2025. I have no need for this subscription. It is not listed on my microsoft account page with my personal email. I tried all the online links i could find and was unable to find a solution. I tried the microsoft online chat service for about 5 times from mobile phones and my pc filling out catcha's each time with the same message that they couldn't help at this time. I tried to call the numbers I could find for sales or technical support but only got more links to the pages I allready had checked. I tried the tel. nr. on this page and was unable to talk to anybody and got more messages to go back to the pages I allready looked at. Microsoft seems to have no possibility to talk to someone who might have the experience or links to solve the problem. We were finally after many failed attempts able to contact a sales person in Microsoft who was able to cancel the subscription and refund the payment. While that experience was good the enormous barriers for customers to actually contact customer care remain a problem for private users of Microsoft.

I'm tired of not being able to get any help. It needs to be fixed soon or give me double the price paid for waisting the last year playing this. I have responded twice actually to the last email received with no response. And last I checked you still have had no one contact me to fix the issue noted in my original complaint on here. One of my complaints is you do not give any easy way to contact you for help and still yet I've not been contacted nor received an email or a rep who can fix this or an amazing idea just give me a frigging direct number. CRAZY IDEA you have the case reference number you could just fix it! You do have the info in the original complaint.
