Has a video game - F1 23 they market is included with the subscription service game pass ultimate. I had purchased the subscription to play the game and upon going to the in console marketplace get a discounted rate for the game instead of it being free to play as advertised. I have supplied three screen shots the show the game pass website stating -all games available with your game pass membership and the game they charge for in a list of other games that are included with that membership. I was "indefinetly suspended" from Microsoft's Xbox services on May 9th, 2024 with no explanation and submitted an appeal that same day. It has been a week since and I have heard nothing in response. I have no history of suspension or "strikes," so I am dumbfounded as to how this came about. I have had this account for many years and grew up using and enjoying everything that Xbox had to offer. I am very sad to see that everything that I have built on my account is being taken away for something that I had no clue was done if anything at all. I have been searching for ways to contact Xbox or Microsoft outside of the appeal, but I have not gotten anything. Please give me my account back. I researched why it would say that there are no details and there were some posts saying that either someone hacked the account or the account was caught cheating. I have never cheated in my life, and the only sign ins that I have made should be in ********, ***. I have only signed in on four Xboxs and they are all in-state. Microsoft is filling people with false hope on there GitHub saying they are a open source company where they license SCO UNIX to make Windows. There GitHub is for fools and is false advertising. My son ********* cannot get into his Microsoft account because he doesnt know the password. He is autistic and was the victim of a scam where they got him to sell his xbox and send them the proceeds. As a result, we changed his phone number, the machine is gone so we cant look at the numbers and we cancelled the credit card previously used. These are all of the identifiers to recover your account. He cant even chat with someone without logging in, which is why Im asking for your help His email is ********************** His account is ***************. The "one drive" function repeatedly uploads private files into their cloud after I have repeatedly turned off the feature multiple times. 1. The damage is that this function essentially is stealing my private information and not allowing them to be removed as easy in reverse. 2. Moreover, I am wasting time trying to find the files since they were removed has caused me personal frustration when I needed immediately. 3. On 5-14-24 I purchased a game from the Xbox store. The game is Call of the Wild. After downloading the game I tried to load it up on my Xbox Series X and the game wouldn't load and when it did load it crashed the whole Xbox. Crashed to the point of it shut the Xbox off. I tried asking for a refund because of the crash and I got the same generic response everyone seems to get online. The Game doesn't work well with my xbox. So I wanted a refund or a store credit. I have four Windows 7 Ultimate licenses. Three of these were upgraded to Windows 10 Professional during the free upgrade period.When I attempted to reinstall one of these machines, I learned that none of my product keys work anymore. I opened a support ticket with Microsoft and learned from an employee that all activation using my retail product keys (which I paid for) was disabled by Microsoft in November of last year, with the goal of forcing customers to repurchase the same product. The licenses have also seemingly been removed from my Microsoft account. The support representative was unable to explain why.I am not asking Microsoft for any new product, but I don't find it reasonable for Microsoft to prevent me from using an existing product for which I have a valid license.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because Microsoft told the BBB they were opening a support ticket and that a senior representative would reach out to me. Without any attempt at such communication, I receive an email from Microsoft that the support ticket in question has been closed. To add insult to injury, the ticket was closed at 1:30PM (Eastern Time); a mere 14 minutes after Microsoft promised the BBB they would have a senior support representative reach out to me. I received no calls or emails from Microsoft during that time, other than the automatic notification that my case had been closed.
Opening and immediately closing a support ticket without communicating with me is not a good-faith response. Microsoft was simply gambling that I wouldn't follow up with the BBB.
