Microsoft keeps charging my bank account $106.34 for a subscription for their Microsoft 365 office. I called them to CANCAL the subscription, as I no longer have the laptop computer. (I donated the laptop to Staples. I have a receipt showing that.) I purchased the software in 2021, but now I do not need it anymore. I explained to them that I no longer have the computer and to CANCEL this prescription. They said the wanted to log onto my smart phone or iPad to do so. Are you kidding me! I am filing this complaint regarding my Xbox account ("IIKingDogeII"), which was permanently suspended on 8/14/25 without a clear explanation. The enforcement portal only shows a generic message with no details, and my first appeal was denied.When I contacted Xbox Support, I was told I should have multiple opportunities to appeal, but the enforcement portal shows no option for a second case review. Support agents repeatedly tell me they cannot assist and only direct me back to the portal, leaving me stuck in a loop with no path to resolution.This account represents over five years of gaming progress and thousands of dollars spent, including a continuous Xbox Game Pass subscription since 2020. Losing access to my account with no transparency or fair escalation process feels unreasonable and unfair.I am not asking for special treatment, only for a fair review process and the ability to escalate my case to a higher-level team. My Microsoft account was recently stolen, and despite following all official recovery procedures, Microsoft has failed to help me regain access. The account contains personal data, digital purchases, Xbox services, and access to Outlook and OneDrive. I immediately submitted recovery forms and contacted support, providing accurate information such as old passwords, purchase history, and linked emails.Microsofts response has been dismissive and repetitive. I've been told that if the automated recovery form fails, theres nothing more support can do. There appears to be no way to escalate my case to a human security team or receive a proper investigation. Ive gone in circles with automated responses and unhelpful agents, despite being able to prove ownership.The recovery system is rigid and flawed. It prioritizes automation over real customer support and fails to recognize legitimate claims if they don't perfectly align with preset criteria. This has resulted in a complete loss of access to my paid services, personal files, and communications. Xbox Profile Account Permanently Banned. Xbox Username: Syphris email: ******************* Details: Account was permanently banned a few years back, I never understood why. And was given very little detail. I believe this was some type of error. I did file an appeal when the account was originally banned around 2017. However there was no action ******** addition there was purchases tied to the account that I never got reimbursed for. Lots of expenses on digital items that I also lost access to due to the ban. Which seems unfair that despite purchasing and owning these digital properties I lost access to them. I would appreciate someone looking into this. Its been some years and I would love to be able to have access again. I would really appreciate a team member looking into this thoroughly. My account was compromised and I can prove beyond a doubt it was yet microsoft states they can't do anything for me, this has lead to a loss of hundreds of dollars worth of games, which consequently locked my computer as microsoft requires an account to sign into windows which means my local data is also all inaccessible and I cant use my computer.I had already explained to the security team that my emails were compromised by a virus on my computer (since resolved) but that they had managed to seize access to my Microsoft ********** name and email address is ****** ********* *************************** and is what also appears on my billing information. The primary email on the compromised account was changed to "*******************************************"I clearly am not "**** ********" nor did I authorize this and they acknowledged as such in my escalation ticket but state there is nothing we can do.
