      I have had two interactions with Ziply in the last month. One when the power company cut the cable to my house while working next door. Called and got an appointment for first thing the next morning. It was a big fix because the cable was cut on either side of the trench dug to access power company equipment. But the repairman was friendly and efficient. He checked in with me and explained what he needed to do, Service was up and all has been well since. And then this week I called to get an understandable breakdown of my bill (for employer reimbursement) and in the process got what I called for and a credit on my bill for the next 12 months. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable and got me everything I needed and wanted very quickly.

      Good service. The only bad thing is that they try to force customers into autopay by charging a $5 fee for not having it. I hate autopay and will never use it because I need to have control of when I pay my accounts.

      I have had Ziply for several years now after they bought all the copper in my area from a notoriously horrendous provider. It's been smooth sailing and only getting better since. I have had to call them just once for a DSL syncing issue that turned out to be a bad connection down the street. They had it handled quickly. Excellent service from this company, **** have always been friendly and ***************** I'm upgrading to their 5Gbps fiber. They had even faster plans available but that is more than enough for me. It's nice to see a company moving towards the future instead of stagnating and milking outdated infrastructure.
