    I sent IQ Data International a letter to them by mail. I never received a response from the company. I did not make a copy of the letter I sent to them so I do not have anything else to send you, however if they have a contract between us they should be able to provide it. They do not have a contract between them and me because I never signed one nor never did any business with this company. Please ask them to provide you guys with the contract and if they cant I would like for it to be removed from all of 3 my credit report records.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a signed contract from this company. I have not been contacted by this company. I only know of this company due to a search and investigation of my credit report. Once again if they cannot provide a contract showing where I signed documents stating that I am responsible for the debt that they have reported to the 3 major credit bureaus, I demand that they remove it off of my credit report. Once again I have not signed any documents provided by this company. The company that they claim to represent has not been associated with me in years. I have zero debt owed to any companies mentioned in their attached letter.

    I am submitting this complaint regarding ********* International (***************************), which has failed to provide debt validation for an alleged debt despite my repeated requests. My original complaint was filed with the ************************************ (****) on December 24, 2024, regarding this matter, and I have yet to receive any valid proof of the debt in question.I have provided a legal identity theft report, substantiating my claim that this debt is fraudulent. However, ********* claims to have documentation such as a lease agreement and refuses to acknowledge the fraud. The mere existence of a lease contract is insufficient to validate the debt, especially in light of the identity theft report I provided.Additionally, *********'s letter from January 23, 2025, states that validation was arranged to be mailed to me, but I have not received any such documents. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) requires that I receive verifiable proof of this debt within 30 days, but they have failed to meet this obligation. I have made clear that I will not accept responsibility for this debt until the necessary proof is provided.I am frustrated by their lack of communication, their failure to provide debt validation, and their dismissal of my identity theft claim. I am requesting that the BBB assist in resolving this matter and ensure that ********* complies with the legal requirements to validate this debt.

    I had to move out of my apartment due to the property manager raising my rent and charging me extra fees. They did not give me any type of notice and didnt correct anything until the following month of rent being due. This forced me to have to move out of my home that I lived in for 4 years. They sent the amount to collections and now the collection agency ******* has harassed me, wont proved me with any paperwork about the debt. They will not answer any questions regarding the debt. They have told me I have to take a loan out to pay them back rather than setting up a payment plan with me. They hang up on me when I tell them I cant finically afford to pay it all at once.

    I am rejecting this response because: Due to the fact that I have disputed this debt since September 2024. You guys have still not yet sent any documents that I have requested and continue to be very rude and hang up in my face. You guys have continued to collect interest on the debt since September but thats illegal because its been disputed and I still have not received not one document that I have asked for since September. My attorney has reached out to you guys so I look forward to hearing back from you asap.
