  Very unhappy. I tried to cancel immediately after reading reviews. They say I did not. Paypal charged. I called twice and was told they would cancel renew but not the signup I tried to cancel immediately. I called BBB and state Atty ******** Recalled Classmates and insisted on a manager. None on duty at 3 pm. their time. Supposedly a supervisor will call. Big waste of time and a ******.

  I will tell you what I thibk.Classmates *****.I tend to a man who is basically an invalid.He recieved a email saying he had been charged ***** something dollars for his renewal.He hasn't even been a member on classmates for quite sometime.I tried to handle the situation for him I tried to call 1st,that got me no where the phone would not even ring and they asked through chat message what I wanted,I told them,They avoided answering me and proceeded to send me a payment option called just ask.Therewas a catch to that you had to. Pay **** to ask a question !!!! Then they cut off contact with you,you can't ask a question without paying them and they try to convince you to pay ***** for a subscription to their services. CAN YO BELIEVE THAT ? They did however I form me that if I needed to talk to them I could give them my # .I did ,they never contacted me.This is a.scam ! These people are taking advantage of members.They are charging people that do not even have an account with them and if you do they will still s**** you over .Needless to say I won't be using them anymore, First though I.am going to tell anyone and everyone this story I actually tried this weekend to contact them they only the calls Monday through Friday 8 until 4 but that's a lie also I spent 3 hours today trying to speak with a human,no luck though.Oh wait a minute yes they offered to talk to me if I would pay them 5 bucks!!! Like I'm really going to do especially considering they just hacked my friends bank account.

  I wish I had read any of the poor reviews about this company, from many websites. What a waste. Not only do they have sketchy business practices and info buried in the fine print, the site itself is shabby, not friendly, and holds a thin layer of information that is easily obtained elsewhere. What a waste of time and money, and then to have this money auto deducted from my credit card, it's just shamelss hucksterism. I'm giving it one star, like everyone else before me. Stay away.

  This company is not worth the money you spend. They set up annual auto-renewal when you join, and a year later (after you've forgotten about it) -- ZAP! -- they've charged you for another year with a No Refund Policy.I called to get a refund the day after I saw their auto-renewal charge on my PayPal account. They refused to refund my money when I explained that I didn't use the site, and I didn't want to continue as a member. They kept repeating, "No refund."**********************.

  I was offered a three month trial on class mates for a reasonable price, I think ****. I paid with my **** debit card. After going through the site and realizing I had to pay for anything I wanted to look at I made the decision to cancel. I still have two and a half months on my free trial. I searched the site, I googled, I tried everything to see where I could cancel but not able to. I tried to call them but the phone number was in the ** S., I am from ******. The wait time was 23 minutes, no call back option. So the only thing I could do was to call my bank and cancel my card and apply for a new one. Don't wait, get off this site as fast as you can, its a scam. They will rob you blind.

  I have begged these people to stop sending me emails. They have not. It is exhausting to say the least. I have never made a purchase from them. I just want to stop seeing their c*** Please help if you can.

  NO integrity. Changing people's admission's to "Auto Renewal" without consent!I joined for one year only to see what I thought! I paid $24 one year ago! All of a sudden I get billed for $60 and they won't reimburse me! I have read disgraceful things about Classmates.com on many reviews so I know I am not the only person who has been scammed! It is a complete embarrassment. They should they clean up their business and relationship with their customers!Shameful!

  Yes Its A SCAM.The draw was an email telling me that people were trying to get in touch. They weren't. Classmates sends emails to your account, then tells you that you have email waiting. They claimed that two people were trying to contact me, and they weren't in my class or in my school. They claimed others were trying to reach me. Two had died many years ago. It's pretty much a scam.Yes ITS A SCAM.BBB should Stop them from scamming people.

  This is a total scam. WARNING - do not fall for tactics telling you that people are reaching out to you. When even trying to use this website, it shows you nothing and is totally confusing (and I am an Information Technology specialist). Horrible.
