  Casella is the WORST company ever. ZERO STARS!!!! They don't come as scheduled sometimes they skip a couple weeks and then when they do actually come they don't even collect all the garbage they are suppose to get. It's there 1 and only job and they can't even do that right. They always leave the lid open and sometimes leave the trash bin in the road and don't even care to correct it. When I called because they didn't come as scheduled, surprise surprise. They said to wait until the end of the day and if they don't come then call the next day. So they didn't come that day, surprise surprise again! So I called and they said they will come the following week and you could leave the bags by the trashcan since they didn't come this week. So I did. Then, when they came they got the bags from the trashcan but didn't get the bags next to it that they missed from not coming the prior week. So I called once again and they said they reached out to the dispatch team. I called 3 times, once that day then the following preceding days. They said the same thing, they would reach out to the dispatch team. They would never get a response from the dispatch team. They would never come to pick up the trash they left behind so here I am waiting a month later for them to pick up the trash they should've picked up a month ago and told to leave it there once again for the next week that they come. I don't understand why they didn't pick up ALL the trash like they were suppose to while they were here. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND CASELLA! They raise their rates every single year and their service gets worse and worse every single year so I am not even sure why they raise the rates.

  Wish I could leave zero stars! The WORST company I have ever encountered. Our pick up days are supposed to be Friday but they seem to come whenever they want, then dont come the days they are supposed to. I had some wood in front of my dumpster Thursday that I was going to burn and move so it could be out of the way for them when they come (Fridays) and they came Thursday morning and then left because they couldnt access the dumpster. I called right when they left and told the woman that they arent supposed to come until ****** and explained the situation and she said they would still be coming Friday. I called Friday evening because they still hadnt come and yes I had all the wood out of the way and she said I would be serviced by the end of the day. No one came. I called again today and explained EVERYTHING from the last couple days and was told I would have to be called back Monday. Meanwhile my dumpster is FULL. Please if you have the choice choose another company. This one is so full of it. I feel like I had called and talked to these people multiple times in the last month. Not to mention the awful service in the winter that Im just not going to get into because well you just dont want to get me going. Save yourself the frustration and anger and go with ANYONE else.

  Casella is at the minimum the worst trash company in the northeast. Repeatedly changed pickup days. Randomly come an empty already empty cans out of schedule and don't pick up when supposed to. The customer ********************** is terrible and will treat you like you are an inconvenience to talk to. **** also not return phonecall. After some research I found they are a Terrible terrible company funded mostly by old Mafia money in a giant laundering scheme

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Casella bought out my previous garbage company that was amazing. Since then we've had nothing but issues. They do not pick up trash on days they said they would. Can't even tell me the right day (first they told me Wednesdays, then they tell me Tuesdays). Calls me to tell me that my garbage wasn't out (even though it was), does not return a multitude of phone calls I've placed to them about them not picking up garbage. Best response is "sorry we'll pick it up next week." Why would I believe that? My garbage has been sitting by the road for 4 days now, ready for the racoons and bear (I live in the southern tier) to come rummage through. If you have ANY other option, take it. Nobody could be worse than this company.

  My trash and recycling has been sitting on the curb for over two weeks waiting for pickup. They have ONE job to do. Sometimes they call to say they will be there a few days late and then they still do not come. I have cancelled my service at the end of the month. I understand times are hard for businesses but this has been happening for a long time. Save yourself the headache. Go with another service.

  After canceling account because of excessive fees, I was sent a bill. I was told i still owed them money. When I canceled, I specifically asked if I was all caught up on payments. Then I get a bill for another month.

  What good is a waste removal company if they do not remove waste? It has been almost 2 months and they have yet to remove our garbage. I am not sure what we can do anymore. We have taken pictures even to prove we are doing the right thing. Its a total scam.

  My father had casellas once and he put something wrong in the recycle bin. The garbage man got upset and dumped the van and everything inside all over the road and was swearing up a storm complaining about my fathers mistake. It got the neighbors attention. We were not happy. Very in appropriate. Could have told my father what it was that he did wrong so we knew next time. We cancelled service and went with ****** Refuse. So much better service until for a whole month my fathers garbage was not picked up. To find out ****** sold company to casella sand took over. We had no letter or anything. Casella still charged my father for a month service that he never got. Casellas did not have permission anyway to do his garbage and they didnt pick up anyway and still got billed??? Im spreading the word because this is plain robbery and they are very unprofessional. This is the worst company. We switched to **************** and they have been wonderful. They even picked up my dads garbage that casellas did not pick up for a whole month with no extra charge.

  !!!The site didn't give me an option for Casella in *******!!!Casella in *******, *****. I live in an apartment (there's an upper and a lower apartment) and my neighbor and I split the bill since it's for the same house. That being said, there's going to be a few extra garbage bags that can't fit into the garbage bin. Please tell me why I woke up and saw that EVERYONE'S garbage was taken care of (next door neighbors on both sides of our house) except for my garbage and my upstairs neighbor's garbage???? It's not a huge pile either! It's only three bags. Ya'll are PAID to take our garbage; this isn't the first time Casella hasn't taken our garbage either. Last time they didn't take it and it was all in the bin! I'm so tired of this company hiring incompetent people who don't know how-to pick-up garbage bags. Now, I have to wait until next week with THIS WEEKS GARBAGE on top of the GARBAGE THAT THEY LEFT. This is the first company that has made me turn into a "*****". After reading a few other reviews, these people don't even take their job seriously. One person commented on how they already BROKE one of their garbage bins and had caught them on camera throwing their bins around. When I get a new place, I will NOT be going back to Casella. Anyone who resides in *******, **, DO NOT PICK CASELLA.

  Continously, my recyclables have not been collect once for a deflated bubble packing *not a grocery bag. Put a green sticker no reason checked but there was an option to take it thou, vlearly there was alot of other items acceptable. I don't understand why wasn't the plastic thrown out like they throw my bin the lid has cracks/broken just looks absolutely beat up. When the recyclables are taken, I have to force the lid to rotate to be closed after. The 1st time they didnt take recyclables. Because, I refused to bring it back into my house. I put it in a WORCESTER CITY TRASH BAG The ENVIRONMENT can Thank Cassella Waste because they Do *** care about the ENVIRONMENT its just a job, money making industry. I'm at the point whereas I don't even want to recycle/continous anxiety, checking outside to see if, I'm stuck with the recyclables from last wk. Cassella has made it so problematic numerous times, not fair to the environment & additional money I have to spend on Worcester City Bags so I'm not stuck
