      This company is a disgrace and a ripoff. I was a loyal customer for 6 years. Recently, a flood washed my recycle can away. I called 3 times over a month for a new can. I was always promised one, but never got it. I called to cancel my autopay and was told I did not have that, even though I have paid that way for 6 yrs. At this point, I cancelled my service, and they came out immediately to pick up our old can, even though we were paid up for 3 more weeks. I asked for, but never received, a refund. *****************************

      Watch your contract carefully! They will be delinquent in removing the container and then charge you for their delay. Watch your credit card as they will charge added fees without informing you. I speak from the **************. My rating would be negative1 star and not 1 star!

      Id give them 0 stars if I could. This shady company added many surcharges and fees to your bill, it not even funny. They dont tell you how much these fees are so they can change thenm at will. Then they try and hide the contract you may have signed and wont send it till you request it when you have a problem.

      On 12/1/23 you tried to swap out my perfectly good dumpster after I asked you to not because of the soft ground. The guy called my husband Dude several times then got in my husbands face after burying their truck. The truck put 1.5 ruts on my lawn, he was stuck on my lawn from 3-8 at night on a Friday night and it took 2 different vehicles to pull him out then a wrecker. No one has called me and Ive called 3 times. I fixed my own lawn for the most part but I still have not received a call. So terrible.

      These people are crooks and so disorganized!After my bill being triple in less than a few years I decided to let them go.They charged me for an extra month!It took them several months to pick up totes.After they picked them up about ten days later their corporate office called me asking where the totes were. After I told them you picked them up they sent me a $222.48 bill!I will be posting this on every possible site in the university and also contracted my lawyer!

      We have been a Casella customer for number of years and pay our bill in-full and on time. We pay for trash to be picked up weekly and recycling every other week, unfortunately that is not the service we receive. We call customer **********************, not once in a while, but constantly and report that our trash and/or recycling has not been picked up. This week we had one toter and a large trash bin full of recycling - this is two weeks' worth of recycling that was not picked up when scheduled. The recycling finally got picked up, but not the trash! Called customer ********************** at 5:45 p.m. and was told my trash was picked up 20 minutes ago! I don't know whose trash got picked up, but it wasn't mine! I was told it would be picked up today - spoke with about 3 customer ********************** representatives today, now were being told Monday the trash will be picked up. This doesn't happen once in a while it happens CONSTANTLY! By far the worst trash removal company we have ever done business with.

      This is absolutely the worst garbage/recycling company in ********* **! We obtained this company back in September of 2023 for service. The first week went fine, after that the next 3 weeks was a complete mess. Our garbage was not picked up. The driver apparently took a picture of our home stating that our garbage was not out at the curb but it was the wrong house. We are now still fighting to get the full refund of $377.20 (paid for the year in full) sent back to my debit card. We have tried to give Casella the new debit card number but they said they couldn't take it and a check would be sent out with in the week. It has now been a week so we called back and were told now it will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive a check. My husband has spent an hour on the phone being put on hold and talking to so many didn't people, all we want is our refund. Casella came on Nov. 6 to get their totes.

      They have left one of their large blue containers across the street from me in a parking lot overflowing with trash and garbage fir weeks. It is a major health hazard at this point. But neither their ******* ***** location nor their corporate HQ will do anything about it. Upon checking health hazard laws in the **************, i believe they are in violation of the law.

      I signed up for curbside service on Tuesday, 9/5/23. They didnt drop off the bins until Friday 9/22/23- said it was too inconvenient to drop them off earlier because it takes people off their regular route. Okay, just glad we got them. Moving on, I put our bins out on Thursday 9/28 for a Friday 9/28 pickup. We went out of town Friday 9/29 and got home tonight- 10/6/23 and the bins I put out on 9/28 are still sitting outside, full. So, despite having paid for service over a month ago, we have yet to have anything picked up. No notice- email, call, etc, as to why. I am SO disappointed and regret signing up with Casella.

      Terrible company - raised their prices much higher than all the competition - they have a restrictive, punitive contract which is like trying to get out of a timeshare. I have to wait ten months while they stab me with pricing that is triple their competition. Their drivers leave our fence open all the time. They have broken the mechanism so it's easier for them to open. I give them a one-star rating because there's nothing lower.
