      Very unresponsive when there is a problem. Can't get to a resolution to make customer happy. Garbage not always picked up. Not enough human compassion when talking to customer service. The customer service end is more like company service and does not go out of their way to help the customer. Cancelling service was my best option.

      I have been using Casella dumpster services for 2 houses in ********** *****. While going through my checking account for 2023 and doing taxes, I find that they are double and triple charges my checking account. I called to attempt to rectify but ********* refuses to discuss the account, I even offered to drive to them so we could go over each month, ********* was rude and refused. After I filed my complaint they pulled both of my dumpsters. They are violating anti trust laws by buying up all the small businesses in the area to create a monopoly and then refuse to supply services to everyone. Guess we are off to small claims court because $661.69 in over charges just in 2023. Numerous messages have been left with Casella corporate and their complaint department with NO return phone calls. Also sent them a priority letter with tracking breaking the months down with monthly charges, detailing the over charges and they refused to respond.

      Casella does NOT do what the service departments says. Called for a pick up of trash . for over a week waiting to be picked up and it is still sitting in my front yard. Our community has Casella as our waste service... there is couch, mattress, rugs and old furniture in peoples yards for month....I called 5 days in a row and told each time a truck would be there to pick up... NOT HAPPENING>>> I will spread the word.Prices go up and service is poor. people lie and it appears the company doesn't care about our community or the person.

      I just moved from ********* to ********** and stayed with Casella as I have for the past 5 years. Went from paying 120 per 3 months to 120 a month. I am getting falsely charged for extra bags when there have been 0 extra bags outside of my bin. The bill states on pickups 2-4 extra bags . This is NOT true.

      I beg you, please choose another trash removal company. They are the worse company ever. They are at the bottom. Your trash if lucky will get picked up twice a month not every week like you paid for. Dont waste your money. Customers should do a class action against this company for billing you with no service provided. Im going to reach out to my local representative and senate to see if they can help make a law against these thief Casella Trash

      Subject: Urgent Waste Disposal Issue - No Mattress Pickup Since April 30th To Whom It May ********* am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the waste disposal services provided by Casella Waste Management. As a loyal customer, I expected timely and efficient pickup for my mattress, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.Since April 30th, my mattress has been sitting outside my property, waiting for collection. Despite repeated calls to your customer **********************, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of action is unacceptable, especially considering the high property taxes I pay.I demand immediate attention to this matter. Please arrange for the prompt pickup of my mattress and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal action to address this negligence.I trust that Casella Waste Management will rectify this situation promptly. Failure to do so will force me to explore alternative waste disposal services.Sincerely,******************

      Casella Waste Systems they have a dumpster on my property that they refuse to move and is allowing the garbage to go all over my property code has gotten ahold of you as well.I have called multiple times to get this moved now I will be posting everywhere about how you are trespassing on my property and refuse obey simple laws

      My bill said I had until may 1st to pay them. Company stopped picking up my garbage already I called the ******* Casella branch. The lady who answered was extremely rude and honestly quite hurtful the way she spoke. basically told me in the rudest voice possible that she wasnt going to correct their error! That my math skills were incorrect I owe 122$ and it doesnt matter if my bill says I have until may 1st. when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me. I have been a customer for well over a year and have never been treated so rudely. I would have paid the bill today but I didnt get a chance to because there secretary lacks the ability to do her job in a professional manner.
