    I ordered an assortment and it totally was not what I ordered! Which is ridiculous for the price I paid! I would NEVER do business with Blooms today ever again! I do not recommend anyone to do business with them! Just keeping it real!

    Blooms today said the flowers were delivered at 4:42 PM BUT actually never arrived until 8:55pm to my friend. ( scared her opening the door that late to an unknown delivery person). Also the $100 bouquet was pretty cheap looking. I won’t use them again.

    29th anniversary was ruined by this company. Ordered my wife flowers to be delivered before 4pm on 11/20/2023. Was assured by customer service no problem. Started checking around 2 that afternoon. Nothing. Emailed company for information on the florist so I could contact them. Was told they had no number and only sent messages that they may not get. Sad customer service.

    Flowers were ordered for my Uncle’s wake. Flowers were never delivered and customer service claimed they were not responsible if the florist didn’t deliver the flowers, as bloom today is a “middleman,”

    Echovita is vile and defective. An obituary that I wrote for a dear friends mother was condensed and paraphrased very close to the original content. It stated that the deceased husband was still alive when in fact he passed almost 10 years ago. I contacted Echovita and Jordon, a representative responded and let me know that a correction was made. It was still incorrect. The circumstances are very trying and difficult for families that have loved ones pass and Echovita capitalizes on this opportunity.

    Not only did the flowers my 90 year old father order arrive a day late, they were not from a local florist - they were delivered from a grocery store 20 miles away. He was not notified delivery could not be made until the day after the promised delivery date.
    Also, they forcefully sold him some type of coupon book which he clearly does not need.
    Bouquet is 90% filler flowers with 6 roses stuck in - I doubt they will live more than 3 days.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend’s father’s funeral. The day AFTER the funeral I receive an email stating that they didn’t complete my order, which I had placed on a Thursday morning for a Saturday delivery. what a disgrace and embarrassment! Below is the message from Blooms Today…

    The following is in reference to your order being delivered to xxxxx. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate a florist that could meet the service times required. At this time, your original order has been cancelled and a full refund is being issued.

    They offered $20 off my next order? is that a joke? $20 off another order that may or may not get delivered??

    This company needs to be sued and shut down! After ordering flowers for Mother’s Day, I received a email saying they were delivered. My mom said nothing came. I started to read reviews and this happens a lot. They have done this a lot for funerals, birthdays, mothers day, all occasions. No customer service, just a voice message saying write on their site! This type of business should be shut down and all the employees and owners will burn in hell knowing they are doing this to good people and breaking their hearts. Shame on them! Please help all of us that have had their special occasions ruined and money stolen. God bless you if you help

    I placed an order early Friday morning (5.12.2023) for Mother’s Day. Before making the order I purchased a Groupon. This company is a total scam and complete waste of money. They charge extra at the time of checkout for “Flex Delivery” only to cancel my order which was set to be delivered today. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day. I used the little money I had to send my mom flowers which she is no longer going to receive because of a tacky unprofessional flower company. I should have followed my first mind and ordered edible arrangements because they would never take a customers money, cancel the order, inconviently tell them they must wait 5-7 days for a refund and on top of all of that include at the bottom of the last minute email a number which does not have anyone but an automated system on the other end; there is no option for customer phone support. The most disgusting part is at check out they automatically charge you 10$ for a membership fee that does not show at check out, only on your statement. Please shut this fraudulent business down.
