    I paid $15, for Groupon voucher for $40 off. Began order for plant that came to $58 that included the $40 discount. Add cost of voucher....$73, total I would be paying for the plant. Without the $40 voucher the cost would be $98. This plant retails for average of $50. ******* would only give a credit toward another Groupon purchase. Do I feel foolish? Yes.

    This company is a huge scam and it is a shame to see such operation in a country like *******. They only invest in hiring useless employees to answer phone and lie to customers. They will use your money for weeks before refund is posted back to your account if you did complain. Who pays interest on your money? Who pays for your emotional distress? Who pays for the time wasted??? What can consumers do??? Why are they still in business despite all these negative reviews???

    Well i juat hand out with them. If you want to be treated as a dump use their services. You pay annexpensive price and you cannot track your order. They have no idea whats going on with your items. What a mess

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. VERY UNRELIABLE. MY 95 YEAR OLD AUNT NEVER GOT HER FLOWERS AND CANDY. EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AS WELL.

    Data breach. Blooms Today has someone using my information. Never dealt with these ppl. Don't know how they even got my info. Contacted them. Waiting for a response. Will update when I get one. In the meantime, stay away from this company. 3 times my software let me know that 3 different times someone uses my info from that company. Didn't even know they existed til I got the notifications. How? I've been a big ball of stress since finding out. Along with the other companies and their data breaches. It's just a mess out here with these ppl hacking and carrying on. Tired of this nonsense. Ruining and trying to ruin ppl lives that don't know you from ****. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Just for the fact that you let your company website be that vulnerable. That's if it's not an inside job.

    This is the second time Ive ordered through this company where they did not deliver my order. No sorry no notification, just take my money and act like nothing happened. Do not recommend.

    Ordered flower for my girlfriend for Valentines Day met the minimum $100 purchase for Valentines Day and paid a $10 premium delivery fee because it was Valentines Day order never arrived. And if you call the number you cant talk to anyone just tells you to go to the website. I cant leave a review anywhere not on their website or ******** not ****** so here I am just hoping I can get my $150 back. I have used them one time in the past and didnt have any problems but now I cant even call and talk to anyone can I please have my money back

    **Blooms Today: A Complete Scam in Every Sense** Blooms Today is, without a doubt, the worst flower company Ive ever dealt with. As someone who adores flowers and purchases or receives them often, I find their service to be an absolute disgraceespecially during Valentines season when quality should be a priority. Even outside of the holiday rush, their blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is appalling. Their portrayal of their products is pure deception, their execution is laughable at best, and their attempts at rectifying issues are beyond insulting. Heres what happened: I ordered a specific arrangement, making it clear I did *not* want lilies because theyre toxic to cats. What I received was an underwhelming display buried under a tacky spool of ribbonribbons that should never have been part of the arrangement. The bouquet had maybe two roses, and to my horror, lilies were prominently included. Naturally, I requested a refund and a replacement because what they delivered was unacceptable. What did I get instead? A pitiful offer of 20% off my next order, which I can assure you will never happen. Blooms Today doesnt just fail to deliver; they actively scam their customers. If you value your money, your time, and your trust, stay far away. Ill be sharing my experience far and wide to ensure others dont fall victim to this terrible company.
