    Blooms today is simply a broker that will take an order and then try to find a florist to create/deliver the order. However, no florists want to work with them so beware. You may think your order is good to go, but it is not.

    My sister-in-law's company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today, they said florist said it was delivered, I asked for confirmation because it was not received. They "couldn't" tell me anything else because I am not the sender. The were supposed to contact the sender. A week later after hearing nothing, I called back. Same story but this time she said they don't call the sender, sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR RECEIVER WILL NEVER GET WHAT IS ORDERED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

    Horrible company. Flowers were wilted and did not match the picture I ordered. Flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet were missing. The bouquet was listed at $70 so still had to pay $50 and I got three roses and three carnations. Customer service would only refund me $12.50. The company is a complete scam.

    I am Annie from Salisbury, North Carolina. I contacted Blooms Flowers (online) to deliver Get Well flowers to my niece after a serious surgery in Denver Colorado. (Unfortunately, I could not physically be with her during this very stressful event}. After contacting them several times throughout three days, I soon found out that they were unable to deliver them! I am extremely frustrated and alarmed! Blooms Today was completely uncaring and nonchalant to my concerns. On top of that I contracted through Groupon thinking that I would have a fantastic and beautiful deal. I was unable to get a refund from them. They were aligned with Blooms Today. Not delivered nor refunded timely so that I could order some real flowers at a local florist! I want compensation for additional fees incurred frustration and delay.

    We relied on bloomstoday.com for my father’s funeral floral arrangements as they were recommended by the obituary site echovita. A lot of our friends and relatives used that link on the obituary for the bloomstoday.com and sent floral arrangements to be delivered at my father’s funeral. Well, from all the flowers that were ordered and paid for, not a single bloom made it to the funeral at the time they were supposed to be delivered, or later that day or the day after… No flowers were delivered. When I reached out to bloomstoday.com, I was told that they can help me with my order, but all those other people that sent flowers for my father’s funeral will have to call themselves…. For my order, the bloomstoday.com lady said she found the delivery confirmation number “but it didn’t look right”… She would not provide me with the local florists info so I can address this locally, because she said “bloomstoday.com are the florist and they take responsibility” for the heart breaking failure. And yet, they can’t help me with the rest of the flowers, not even to redeliver, unless each person who sent flowers called them directly. Now, my father is gone and buried, we trusted bloomstoday.com to simply do the job we paid for and they failed. This is not a moment we can take back and redo, my father is already buried. Shame on them for allowing such reckless incompetence at people’s most vulnerable time!

    WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! My family had Covid on Christmas and I bought a Groupon in order to get them flowers from Blooms Today. Altogether, I spent almost 80 dollars! Back and forth emails, apologies, and then cancellation of order. My family got nothing! This was so disheartening. Do not order from this company! Fraudulant!

    Ordered flowers for a birthday and they marked the order as delivered but they did not delivered. So I called the customer service line and they have me two options: get a refund or they will deliver the flowers for tomorrow. I decided on waiting until tomorrow because it's better than nothing I guess. Well guess what!? I get a call today saying that their florist can't deliver the arrangement because the flowers I payed for aren't available. okay!? But why do you wait until 4 pm to tell me (basically when all flowers shops close) ???? Bur anyways they gave me two options again; get a refund or get a different set of flowers. Honestly idk what to do at this point, I think I should get my money back and the flowers at this point, cause bro? This is no way to run a business.
